My experience with Remodel America was wonderful. I remodeled a basement bathroom. The suggestions and recommendations made by the owner were perfect. The workers did a terrific job, and left the area cleaner than they found it. The opportunity to select materials and features was excellent. I could not be more pleased and the cost of the project was at least $5000. less than the closest other proposal.

I spoke with four contractors and Javier was the only one who really heard and understood my goals. This was a project that mixed new and old cabinets, new counter, sink , and flooring. Javier at times didn't immediately visualize my finished product, but put in the effort and time until we both understood what needed to be done. The same person was used for all the work and he was great to work with and cleaned up after himself. I now have a beautiful and more usable kitchen at a very reasonable cost. Already have a few more projects in mind for Javier and his crew!

Javier was very professional in his presentation of estimate and the description of work to be done. Jeff is a very good painter.. He was polite and always left the job site clean. He painted the ceiling of a gazebo and I admire his attention to detail.He also painted front porch ceiling and railings. I would hire this company again.

Javier, Elvis, David, Josue and Marco were a pleasure to meet and know. There is much good to say about their performance, but a few deficiencies also. Javier is very personable, nice guy, but a wee bit distracted at times. He has a very nice method where he takes the customer to a well stocked Home Depot and helps the customer find the right fixtures, vanity, tile, etc.. A nice touch, indeed. Unfortunately, he scheduled two separate client visits one right after the other, so ours (the first) was a bit too rushed for our taste. Curiously, we had four items that they picked up from Home Depot that were defective. This amazes me. ...

some communication problems, instruction didn't get from manager to worker first try. some tasks were forgotten and had to be done later. but good price.

Work was satisfactory although took somewhat longer than expected

The job was done very professionally and the company representatives were very nice and had a great attitude. A few days later I noticed that the paint scraping were not cleaned off the roof, all in very garden areas, walkways, etc.

The work was real good

Javier's team was very professional and completed the work on time and within budget. They cleaned up every night left thekitchen functional.

The president told me once I hire his company I will go no where else. And he is right, I am already planning to hire him for some additional work. High quality, reliable and in fact impeccable attention to detail. Jeff is the best!!!

The painting job provided was very well done and I am satisfied with results. They suggested the correct color to use for my roof and also fixed some drywall damage i had while they were here.

The electrical was done improperly, had to get new electrician in. The tile work was horrible and after two weeks the tiles never set. Had to hire new tile person

Replaced shutters and did a good job painting

We had a very positive experience with Remodel America in our recent master bathroom renovation. As this was our first renovation project as new homeowners, we appreciated the expert guidance and design ideas from Javier (president). Javier worked with us when we made a design change mid-project, and was very patient. The crew started quickly after we signed the contract, and finished just slightly after the projected end date (due to reasons beyond control). In the end, the bathroom turned out better than we had even expected or hoped for. We have already recommended Remodel America to our neighbors.

Javier's team worked really hard to get our bathroom done. The kids' bathroom is gorgeous! Javier was excellent helping with the choosing of sink, toilet, tiles... They also were quick to come back and fix a couple items.

They did an absolutely fantastic job all the way around. Mr. Zavaleta is a real pro, who did the job right from start to finish. I will use Remodel America again.

Mr. Zavaleta was very professional, very organized, and explained every detail of what was needed and why. He prepared a written contract with itemized prices. He even went to Home Depot and helped us shop for all the needed materials. His crew came when promised and completed when promised, and the bathroom is gorgeous. Thank you Remodel America!! Remodel America did a great job on my bathroom. They were very attentive and was very prompt. I must admit I really push all of there buttons and they pass in flying colors. They were very professional and sentitive to my needs. I like the personal relationship they develop with me especially discussing family. I no problem recommending the to anybody. Keep up the good.
