Description of Work: Carpeted two rooms and laid laminate in living room, dinning room and hallway.

Description of Work: We had water damage at a rental property and we wanted to look at hardwood flooring. We met with Bram. We explained that the property was in South Carolina and we would not be ordering through him. We just wanted to look at wood products. He was extremely helpful - showing us different brands of hardwoods. We needed engineered hardwood as the flooring would go over concrete. He gave us brochures, explained which products he liked best and why. He was very very helpful to us and he knew he was not going to make a sale that day. Should we have any type of flooring needs here in Virginia we will definitely go to Bram.

Description of Work: This was a fabulous experience. It is run by a father and son. Both of these men are competent caring and professional people to do business with. The owner came out to measure and gave us an accurate estimate. They installed when they said they were going to and finished in two days. I. Was not happy with the way the bottom step turned out even though it was done correctly. Once more the owner came to the house and -without judgement- put it the way I wanted it, that moment. Superior service. Fair price. Excellent product.

Description of Work: Showed us several samples that matched our specifications and gave us three to take home to look at in the room we were considering. When we order the material he said it would be 2 weeks and in 2 weeks he called to schedule the installation. The installation crew came when they said they would and worked until the the 20 x 14 room and hallway was completed, including the quarter-round molding. They clean up the room and the area outside where they do the cutting. They were friendly and efficient. In the past we have had carpet installed on stairs and in bedrooms, and every time the work has been first rate and we have always been very satisfied. Having Capital Carpet within one mile of our house is just one more plus.
