WILL NOT HONOR WRITTEN CONTRACT, (5 Years Service). Very pleasant (initially) owner seemed honest and had system Installed in February with written contract, and he will now not honor fall shut-off service. Geary, and to a lesser extent office staff, became quite rude in denying service without a good explanation except "IN 26 YEARS I'VE NEVER DONE THAT." (Well then, why offer it?) Complete watering coverage never achieved, and problem with leakage in two out of six sections never resolved. Went with another company and got (LITERALLY) TWO MINUTE service response for fall shutoff and servicing with a crew already in this gated community recommended by two neighbors. Thanks for good neighbor's recommendations. Trust your instincts. Were it not for Covid-19 I'd already be at the Courthouse filing small claims action. Will be following up, and we'll let you know what happens.

Crew came in quickly and worked efficiently to install the irrigation system. Did a great job making the grass still look good even after digging up the grass. So far, am pleased with the job.

The only company that impressed me with their knowledge and experience installing irrigation systems was The Irrigation Professionals. I was first skeptical that their quote was less expensive than all others that did not provide the great warranty The Irrigation Professionals did. After speaking with the owner (Geary), who had years of experience and training installing irrigation systems, I felt more comfortable hiring this company over the others I interviewed. Day of service they arrived on time, performed the hard work in less time than quoted, and did an exceptionally great job installing the irrigation system. Geary's team did accurate measurements to perfectly dig trenches around our lawn for the pipe installation. Geary and his team also drilled a perfectly clean-cut hole in our exterior brick for the equipment to connect the water supply. I had no idea they could do this work so smoothly and without any problems at all. The team arrived fully equipped with everything they needed to professionally install our irrigation system, replace grass, clean up dirt from sidewalk, and trained me on every aspect of my new irrigation system. Geary assured me he is available if I need any help with the irrigation system in the future. The Irrigation Professionals did an incredible job from day 1. Geary was so helpful and informative, and I selected this company because of the fair price, how specific the contract was (including debris removal/other extras), along with the 15 year warrantee. The crew was prompt, the work was excellent, and everyone kept me informed. They were willing to explore a few options for where the new pipe would be located, and I was pleased that they worked with my needs and saved my backdoor porch steps (which another company I obtained a quote from said wasn't possible to do). I loved that they have a carpenter that they work with who crafted a natural looking box to go around the newly installed pipe- so grateful that it doesn't look awkward. Highly, highly recommend!
