I was a little surprised by how much it cost to repair the leak, but since we have never had this type of problem, I was glad it was taken care of same day and now I learned my husband had to leave on a business trip this morning very early.

The Irrigation Professionals were the only company who said they could save the common landscaping in front of my townhouse when I needed to replace my main water line that was polybutelene--as they use a missile method instead of trenching which requires less holes in the yard (and they didn't have to remove all the bushes). They were also much better priced than the other estimates that I got-- so the work they did is a great value. They delivered with the agreed upon work and did a great job with my new waterline and put the yard back together-- almost like nothing had happened-- new sidewalk, grass put back down, etc. I am already recommending them to my neighbors because this company is definitely the company to go with when replacing the main waterline.

very good customer service, however the technician was horrible. The job was to adjust, replace and direct water flow from all sprinkler heads. Check control box, the traditional maintenance visit. The technician totally seem uninterested in what he was doing, completed the work in minutes. I've had to call customer service 3 times to complete work that wasn't done. I'm now requesting a manager to come out without the technician who at one point suggested I call another company.

After being informed of a water main leak by Loudoun Water, I contacted multiple plumbers for estimates for the repair. Geary with the Irrigation Professionals came and was very professional and was the only one who offered to repair the line, which saved me thousands of dollars. I found Geary very professional, honest and great to work with. He followed up with me often to update me on the status of this project, since I was not at the property at the time. The Irrigation Professionals offer to do the job was about 50% cheaper than their competition. Moreover, they were the only company to offer a non-destructive approach to replace the pipe. The two other companies wanted to either cut a tree in front of the house of drill holes in the wall to bring a new line over the ground. I believe that for this kind of work, The Irrigation Professionals are the ONLY company that knows what they are talking about.

They were quick to give me an estimate. The cred did a good job, working long and hard in very hot steamy weather. The job was big and took them two days. At my request, they also returned to move one sprinkler head and adjust another one. They also came when they said they would and worked with me to coordinate with another company scheduled to kill the lawn and reseed. I'm very pleased.

They are very professional and they helped me save money which is not often for allot of companies who try to make money selling you something you do not need. I am grateful for that.

The crew showed up on time on the date they were expected and finished in 2 days (57 sprinkler heads) exactly as estimated. They were very professional and consulted with me throughout the installation to make sure I understood what they were doing. After installation, they spent more than an hour with me to make sure I understood the app and all of the features of the system they installed. About a month after installation, we noticed a small area of the lawn that was not getting the right amount of water and one call to Irrigation Professionals and the crew was out within 3 days to fix the issue. In addition to the great service, the quote we received from Irrigation Professionals was one of the lowest of the four bids we received. I would definitely recommend this firm.
