Very professional, arrived on time, answered all of my questions and concerns that I may have had, couldnâ t of asked for better service.

JES team was very professional from the initial inspection to the work to be accomplished. They were on time and kept me informed throughout the process. Specifically, Paul W, Yasser G, and Thomas J were pleasant, informative and hard workers. They completed the work a day earlier than expected. I would highly recommend JES.

JES did a crawl space encapsulation job for me. Installed sump pump & dehumidifier. Ahmed & team did a great job. Neat & clean work area. Friendly, conscientious, & professional service. Reasonable price.

Took a while to get scheduled , but the job was completed on time and the crew explained exactly what they were going to do. The job was completed as described. Technician pointed out a couple of additional simple precautions I should take that were out of their scope to protect the foundation.

The work crew (John Rector and his assistants, Brandon and Ibrahim), were excellent -- friendly, hard-working, conscientious, efficient, and ready to answer all questions. My only issue was that part of the work (peformed by a subcontractor to JES) left about an 8" X 8" hole in the wall in order to install an electrical cable. JES considers the repairs for this hole to be "cosmetic" and maintains that I'm responsible for the repairs. I respectfullly disagree and don't believe that the hole can be described as cosmetic. Otherwise, we had a good experience with JES.

The install team showed up on time and completed on time, despite the terrible weather. The team, led by Cristofer G. and including Jose Cruz and David Palma worked very hard, were very pleasant and cleaned up even in awful weather conditions. Very Happy with the results. And, I'm very pleased with the product I received

We needed our concrete porch and abuting concrete slabs lifted and even thought it was a tricky job, Bryan Rutherford and Austin Hicks carefully evaluated their options and came up with an innovative way to get the job done to perfection. They did a great job cleaning up and were totally professional. I highly recommend their work!

Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction.

Very smooth and pleasant experience. Sean performed the inspection and was patient and communicative throughout. The crew were meticulous, professional, and clean. Basement waterproofing work was performed exactly as described. Highly recommend.

Jaub (not sure of spelling) Miller and his crew members were the ones to waterproof my basement wall where water was leaking. They did a super job - very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend JES and this team! Good work, guys!!

My wife and I met with Howard Glancy concerning some cracks in the wall and basement of our home. Howard provided a much more detailed analysis of the cracks and their causes, significance, and potential for further damage if left unaddressed. We found major water and structural issues. His clear explanations helped us to understand the problems thoroughly and enabled us to select the right solutions. Howards professional presentation, high-level expertise, and demeanor along with JESs guarantee of a permanent fix helped seal the deal. Highly recommended. Howard Glancy from JES came to my house to perform a foundation & repair inspection. The foundation is in much needed repair. He thoroughly explained what needs to be done along with cost estimates and suggested how best to proceed. He was thorough in his explanation and fully explained what I needed to know. Howard Glancy visited our home and confirmed what we suspectedâ ¦that our home is in need of foundation repairs based on the cracks as evidenced inside and outside our residence. He was very thorough and took lots of time to explain the source of the issues and answer all of our questions. He proposed remedies and was very professional in his approach. He also was very personable and demonstrated great customer service skills.

The people over at JES Foundation Repair was able to diagnose and repair the issue I had with a large crack on the side of my garage. They discovered that the crack on two sides was caused by the ground underneath sinking causing the corner to drop. Once they dug up the two sides and saw that the builder of the house had skipped one of the concrete slabs which left no support for the corner of the garage. They were able to resolve the problem by using 6 push piers and added concrete with metal rods to reinforce the structure. The team that did the work (Jose Rodriguez, Henry Ayala and Jesus Baires) has great skill and integrity. I would definitely hire them again to do the job!

Hired these pro’s. Signed contract today for completion in Mar/Apr 2022 time frame. High expectations for a superb job.

We are still dealing with the same water problem as we were 5 yrs ago and it is gotten worse. My husband at 1 time was being ignored by JES every single time he tried calling to get service. We have tried for over 5 years to resolve this amicably. JES swears their system is not faulty, yet can not tell me why their system is failing in our house so badly. Our entire basement that we paid $20k to have finished has to be ripped apart due to water damage and mold. Family heirlooms have been ruined with mold. We have had to throw out so many of our things, our son can not use this space to play in (that is originally why we had the basement finished), and we were sick of it. They are choosing to ignore us, and we have pursuing legal action. Now, instead of just replacing their equipment, a lawyer will be seeking payment for damages and for their legal fees. We have an inspector coming out on 8/21/21 to provide a report that confirms that their drain system was not back filled with rocks like it should have been. We will be taking this to our lawyer Monday morning 8/23/21 and we were going to get what we deserve for our troubles.
