Customer service from office was great, professional and friendly. Jonathan, the tech arrived when scheduled and did a great job. He descaled my tankless hot water heater and performed additional services that my previous company hadnâ t done. Price was reasonable for time spent. I would recommend A1 Sewer & Drain.

They sent an experience plumber who knew what to do and did it in good time. They are a bit expensive, but I guess I better get used to higher rates and inflation.

Jamie Bell from A1 is a master plumber in my opinion. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He fixed my bathroom sink and two outside spickets which were installed in the 60s. Top notch!

Had an outdoor bib leak. Water everywhere! Repair went great. Andrew did a wonderful job. Was very professional and courteous. I would most certainly use A1 Plumbing again and will request Andrew to do the job.

Overall experience was good. Only problem was the info provided over the phone to individuals in the office was not relayed to individuals doing the installation. Did end up losing water pressure which is one thing I didn't want.
