The technician was excellent.

Called A1 plumbing in to fix my tub and shower faucets. After many attempts to see if the internals could just be replaced, it was finally decided that I need to replace the faucet set in its entirety. The technician Chris B was very friendly and most of all kept me informed of his every move during the entire job. A1 should be very proud to have such a GREAT employee on their staff. Thank you again Chris B for such an outstanding job from the beginning to the end of a successful job well done.

I thought the service was ok. At 195.00 per hour the technician was in no hurry to complete the job. Some of the problems were not resolved. The

They gave gave us a 9-12 window for when they would show up and were there and showed up at 9:20. He found the problem, an improperly installed dishwasher water connection, right away. He repaired it and gave us pictures and a report that we were able to submit to our insurance, since it had been leaking for a year and a half. Would definitely hire them again (and probably will be soon since the island, the flooring and the subflooring now all have to be replaced in the kitchen due to water damage.

Great job! Very satisfied with them and would hire them again. Very knowledgeable, polite, and what a fantastic job. Better than we imagined for the price. Other contractors were several hundred dollars more expensive and weren t going to do as much work as this company.

They unscrewed a broken gas regulator and replaced with a new one, Decent work It works now. But be advised: If they don t have the part, you are charged for labor while they drive to get the part. 30 minutes total at my house, but charged for 1.5 hrs of labor. (Even if you provide all details required beforehand to bring the right part).
