They came to unclog connection between dishwasher and sink. My dishwasher was full of water. They were nice but showed up much later than scheduled. When they finally did get to home they vacuumed out drain under sink. When they were done I went to open dishwasher and one of them stated, Dont open that while we are here. So I stupidly did not and did not test it until after they left at which point nothing had changed with situation. They did take time to vacuum pipe connected to clothes washer which was not prescheduled. But I ended up using someone else to take care of clogs. Which was as simple as vacuuming up the water in the dishwasher too and clearing out some gunk that had thickened over time. This time around A-1 was not satisfactory. Spent 99.00 for each for nothing to have changed.

The repairmen were very nice, and the product was adequate. However, the water pressure for the cold water has not been the same. Very weak cold water pressure whereas before the hot water installation, it was fine. Cannot run two faucets at the same time, or flush a commode and run any shower or sink.

Very pleased with every aspect of the whole experience. Contacted on Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend, scheduled for Tues a.m. between 8-10 arrived at 9:30 a.m and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave lots of information about the situation.
