The service technician (JB) was prompt and friendly.

My only problem was a tripped breaker. #43 Rell showed me how in the future i can identify this particular problem and fix it without calling for a repairman.

Toilet clogged on weekend. Charged little high for running long snake. They do send a txt with picture of plumber face , which is good.

A-1 Sewer and Drain responded very quickly to our emergency call on Labor Day weekend because our water heater exploded and flooded the room. From our very first call for help to a very caring call center and their expertise in replacing the unit, which they found was under warranty, Candace our account manager walked us through everything and never gave up on us!!!

They really went out of their way to ensure the gas lines were in correctly. And my family would be safe! I’m very grateful for them! They saved me from greeting ripped off by Michael and son’s who wanted to charge me $15k to re-do my sewer pipes and waterlines because they claimed the pipes were too rusted (they never even tried to fix the clog)! Jon came in and had it fixed in under an hour! $229 versus $15k of unnecessary expenses was everything! They will be my first. All every time for my plumbing, gas and water heater needs
