A1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing & Water Heaters

The work was top notch, but I was concerned about the working relationship between my two plumbers. This would not normally bother me, but their yelling and cursing at each other was enough to get the attention of my neighbors (across the street).

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sun. (both bathrooms flooded!) & wasn't even sure I could get someone to come out on a Sun. They called me right away when they saw my request on HomeAdvisor. Someone was sent out within a couple of hrs. He was polite, professional, fixed the problem fairly quickly & also gave me an estimate on other work I needed. I would hire them again because you can count on them to do the job the right way! :)

Now here is a co. that actually do want they say on their website. Quality, on-time.Help you with warranty matters the works. Thank you.Please send me a receipt of payment if not left on water heater. Debra Carey

They were less expensive for somethings and more expensive for others. So, I ended up having to hire 2 companies cherry picking those items that were affordable. It workout fine!! One comany did the sewer line, another did the rest.

We had a blocked bathroom drain. Justin came out within a few hours of my call and cleared the drain. He was neat, efficient and we were very happy with the work.

Anthony Santistevan was very friendly and got right to work. He got everything together and completed the job in under 30 minutes. He made sure everything was cleaned up. The cost was lower than another company's estimate that I turned down earlier that day.. I even received a military discount for being a vet. They fit me in the same day I called and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Very responsive and professional . Chris was courteous , knowledgeable , and skilled. He did a great job repairing my outdoor faucet even in the pouring rain.

The plumber was pleasant and made sure I was satisfied with the work.

How do I add some plusses? Called within 5 minutes of the request. Gave me an appointed time between 1 and 4pm the same day - called back 15 minutes later and said the plumber was on his way? WOW - Double WOW. Justin, showed up professional, confident, and delivered the ultimate customer service experience. Found an install issue that has been in place for over 12 years and correctly solved our issue. At a very low cost. This "King' has his throne back without water all over the floor! Unbelievably great experience with this company today!

I would like to commend A-1 for their professionalism. They immediately addressed my customer service concerns which turned my frown upside down. If you ever need services I strongly recommend them.

After a total of 4 hours during first visit (including a trip to the store to pick up a wrong assembly) and $241 bill, my dripping guest bathroom sink drain was finally fixed within 25 minutes on a second visit. I am satisfied with the end result but obviously not happy with paying such a high bill for such a minor repair. Makes you wonder, could this have been fixed within 30 minutes the first time and my bill would have been much less?

They came out the day after calling and replaced a hose bib that had busted during winter. Work looks good and price was fine.
