Virginia Tire & Auto of Ashburn

They are great people, they are always nice, accommodating, they're just good people to work with. They do all sorts of inspections and services where they check everything on my car that need changed and fixed, every six months. I've never had a problem with them. I'm going back in July.

They actually handled a replacement tire that I had gotten from another company. It had an unrepairable puncture. They were shipped the tire and put it on. They are very friendly.

I get my brakes replaced, bought tires and recently kept getting a notification about my tire being low. They took care of it and I went back thinking I had a slow leak. It turned out it was corrosion around my wheel. They put it up on the lift and cleaned it for free since I purchased the tires there. They have a great waiting area that is very clean with free drinks, free wifi and a great atmosphere. I have used them for years and they are just terrific!

Brought in the vehicle with a coupon for a $275 brake job.  Turns out that was only for one axle and only for replacing pads and turning rotors.  Mechanic called and said rotors were bad and needed replacing on both axles.  That turned a $275 job into a $800 job.  After work was completed I took the care home and the brakes started smoking.  Returned the car the next day and then they said the calipers were bad and needed to be placed (one side), that was an additional $400 but they reduced it to $280.  I just feel everytime I bring the car into VA Tire and Auto the spend more time up-selling me on things that need additional work when everything appears fine and I have no way of disproving what they are saying is inaccurate as I am not a mechanic.  I have just lost faith in this shop and will be looking for a place I can trust.

They performed the emissions test as requested. We had also asked them to look at some issues with the brakes that appeared after our car was in their shop for safety inspection the previous week. We believe the brake issues were caused at the shop because we had never experienced them before. The next day they called and said it would cost another $800 to fix the brakes. So we told them to go ahead and fix the brakes (even though we're sure the brake issue is their fault in the first place). The next day they called to say the brakes are fixed but now the car won't start at all because the clutch assembly is broken, and asked for another $2000 to fix it. When we asked for an explanation of why our car, that worked just fine before, managed to break so severely while at their shop they said "it happens." 
We have taken several vehicles to this shop over the years and recently we've been getting them back in worse condition than they were when we dropped them off. We're increasingly disappointed with the quality of the mechanics, and this latest incident is the last straw. We will no longer be customers of Virginia Tire and Auto.

The work was done very professionally and very well, they explained everything clearly but they forgot one thing to do, I asked them to top up the oil but they did not. It took them full afternoon so they gave me a complimentary car for use. I will recommend them.

They just remodeled and I like the store front. The people behind the counter are very friendly. They give you transportation to your house. There are coupons available that are either online or are extended to you. So you can get discounts on any service and they keep a history of all your work.

They were available on my schedule. I was able to get a ride home. The work was done quickly and cost $100.00 less than the dealer wanted for the same repair!

We've had very good experience there. I think the prices are a little bit high but we keep going back because we get outstanding service. They do have a shuttle service.

Rear brakes didn't pass inspection.  He asked if I wanted quote for replacing.  He wasn't pushy at all.  I could have left and gone elsewhere but of course I wouldn't have an inspection sticker.  He quoted me price and I had no idea how much it should cost but I agreed because I needed it done.  He said the mechanic also recommended the brake and power steering flush because fluids were black.  He seemed understanding when I told him I wasn't expecting to have to pay this much today.  I went ahead with it. While I was waiting I looked up prices.  They were a bit higher then other places but Virginia Tire had good reviews so I figured they were legit. Brakes work fine

They are great. They deal with women. They do what they say they are going to do, and the environment is very clean, and very nice.
