Fantastic; beyond fully satisfied; recommend strongly. Very price competitive, yet high quality. Better than all expectations in all phases, including day of install, materials, workmanship, aesthetics, and overall results. A model experience, start to finish, from research and sales, to install and payment (including clean-up!). What all contractors should aspire to; we've seen it all. We will hire them again. Excellent communications, availability, and personal touch at the initial estimates; top-notch customer service as we selected options, including patience; always responded to our evolving ideas/needs; thankfully, no hard- or up-sell; and, perhaps most importantly, expert advice. Equal or superior to competition, even compared to bigger names, in all phases, and all during COVID times. Key differentiator: gave us suggestions contrary to our initial request/ideas, ensuring a superior final result -- rather than simply quoting what I asked for initially to get to "good enough" (like most others). Ultimately, in retrospect/comparison, they were right: what we initially wanted would have been an inferior outcome, if maybe cheaper in the short-run. There'll be nothing to fix again in future. We remain thrilled.

Like the job in 2019, the installation and installers were perfect. When we had some hiccups, the Hodges Team had it covered. Our sales representative, Brian, was excellent to work with as with the President, Mark. This was our most expensive house project to date. We paid for the best and got the best. Overall we are really pleased with Hodges. We hired them a few years ago to replace most of the windows in our house. They worked with us to show us lots of different options that both looked great (wanted wood double hung on main floor and vinyl on sides and basement). All of the windows are super high quality and we are pleased with how they have held up over the years. We just completed another project with Hodges to replace old Galaxy glass windows in a sunroom and the results are equally outstanding. The company has provided great service (even replaced some screens for us at no charge) and everyone we have dealt with including sales, operations, and installation, have all been super friendly and helpful. Even after all these years, they have the same team which tells you about how low the turnover is and how great the foundation of the company is to inspire such tenure.

Hodges installed a new ProVia double door in our front entrance hallway. We were very pleased with the product and the installation process and would hire them again.

The sales representative Tom was super knowledgeable and very fast to answer questions and to provide a quote. He helped us make important decisions and stayed in touch through installation. The installation team arrived on time and did a great job all around. We are pleased with the value and quality of the products.

Everything went great. It's hard to believe that from the moment I contacted the company until the doors had been installed, absolutely everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, etc. etc. - I could go on and on. I've had so many bad, truly nightmarish, experiences with different home contractor companies over the past couple of years, that I've just come to expect that they are all mostly incompetent, that there are going to be issues, and that it is going to take a lot of complaining to the management, and a lot of return visits to get anything even partially done correctly. I didn't think companies with completely professional and competent people who care about the work they do, still existed. And so it is really incredible that there is actually a company out there like Hodges. Mark Russow, their president, is obviously doing something right. Brian Whitehouse, my salesman, was wonderful. He was so good, not pushy, he was responsive, and knew the product inside and out. And Wayne Bond and Wayne's assistant installer (I wish I had gotten his name because he was so great also) were both so fantastic that I would rate them an A+++++ if I could. I am so impressed with this company and highly recommend them. I'm going to be buying new french patio doors next and would not even think of going to another company. This was just an incredible company to deal with!

We were extremely pleased from beginning to end of this project. We didn't have to listen to a sales pitch about the company which was big. Our salesperson, Tom Langworthy, listened to what we wanted, offered practical advice regarding color and door styles, and gave us a price that was within the ball park of other quotes. The process was pretty painless. We were so pleased with Hodges that we are now in the process of ordering new windows! I highly recommend Hodges.

Hodges (using them for a second time) did a great job providing us 14 wood-interior windows for our hundred-year-old home. Tom L. and team worked with us to provide multiple quotes with different window providers and accommodated our schedule and request to have windows stained by outside provider at the Hodges facility pre-install. On-site installers were hard-working and accommodating. Job accomplished in 1.5 days.

We ordered these windows from Hodges before the Covid-19 crisis and had to delay installation because I am in the group that is very high risk for serious illness if infected. I cannot tell you how understanding and supportive all of the Hodges team are in meeting clients's concerns. They came only after giving me every assurance of all the precautions they take to ensure the safety of all their staff and clients, including high risk individuals. So I had high expectations and they exceeded them in every way, especially the owner and the installers. And they did an absolutely beautiful job! I knew the windows would loook great on the outside, almost like having a new house. But I thought it would be difficult to make it beautiful on the inside too, given our old trim. We were incredibly impressed with the care they took on the inside to make the entire window look new. I am more than happy to recommend them thoroughly in terms of very high quality customer service, comittment to excellence and the transformations they can make in your home. And all of this while in this impossible situation.

Fantastic. This company sells quality products and their salesmen and installers have really mastered their trade. The installers are friendly, meticulous in their work, and always do a good clean up. They have also done excellent Pro-Via door jobs for us. This company does a great job in standing behind their product, workmanship, and warranty. I give them a 10 and enthusiastic recommendation to anyone who needs windows or doors.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Hodges. We contracted them for a job to replace the existing front door, sidelight, and frame. At each step of the process their staff were professional and responsive. Brian, the salesperson we worked with, helped us find the perfect combination of door, decorative glass, and hardware style to complement our home. For the options we were looking for - higher end fiberglass door, decorative glass, etc., Hodges was also the most competitive price-wise amongst the other marquee door and window vendors that provided us with quotes. I would highly recommend Hodges and would be happy to use them for our next door or window project.

The guys were at my house as expected at 7:45am. Everything was done and beautiful by noon! I couldn’t be more pleased with the replacement. It looks so much more modern and the insulation will be much more energy efficient. I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer!

Our experience with Hodges was good right from the start when we visited the showroom. They took the time to explain our options. The work was done in a timely fashion, and the installers are part of the company, which we definitely appreciated. Their prices are competitive and the product is high quality. The entire project is not yet done, since the doors were the first part, but we can see that they will enhance the final outcome.

We were very pleased with our overall experience in dealing with the owner (Mark) on the door selection, contract, scheduling and installation. We had interviewed 4 other door companies and chose Hodges for many reasons: Mark's knowledge of the product, quick turn around time for the proposal, Provia install experience & Platinum dealer status, referrals from other neighbors on NextDoor, able to see the product in their showroom and competitive price. His install team came on time, were very professional, did a quality job and cleaned up after themselves (even brought their own trash can). We would definitely use them again and recommend Hodges for future home improvement projects.

Great experience with Hodges. We were dreading it, but needed to replace all of the windows in the house we built in Ashburn 20 years ago. Knowing it would be an investment in our home, we did a lot of research and talked to all of the major replacement window companies in the area, even listening to several presentations in our home – all seemed over-priced, and those that didn’t appeared to have an inferior product.
