Sam and team were great. A water heater failed from a condo unit above. They came the next day and quickly cleaned and dried the area. Sam was very responsive and helped provide the necessary information for me insurance provider. I’d definitely recommend them.

I had leaks and flooding in my house due to frozen pipes. Water damage Inc. Came to my house as soon as I called them. The project manager explained the seriousness of the damage, gave us quote and a time frame for the issue to be resolved which ended to be accurate. They also took care of the insurance process making things easier. I can say that I am very happy with the services and will definetly recommended specially because they are very professional and polite.

I had a great experience with them during the whole process. I was so stressed because I of the massive water damage and Sam made me aware of the process by answering all my question. We hired them right away to and they removed the water from our basement very quickly. The only thing I was asked was the claim number from the insurance company and the total cost would be on Insurance company. Hope this never happens to me any more but if it does I know who to call.

I am more than satisfy with the service. As soon as I called, they came to my apt. To look at the damage and gave me a quote. Within an hour the team was here taking care of the problem. In addition, they handle the insurance which I was concern at the begining because I didn't understand much they explanation about it as far as how the process goes. In another note, the project manager and his team were very professional and respectful. I had a pipe burst on the third floor that caused flood in the entire house located in Manassas, The Water Damage America company sent their ppl down to dry and restore the damage area. They are the only 24/7 water damage repair service available that I found when the disaster happned. They were very responsive and reliable, and I am very happy with their restoration services and also they were very experienced with insurance claims and they worked with my insurance company to cover the cost.

Then we called WaterDamageAmerica and the estimator came over and assisted the situation and they contacted the insurance company and followed up with them and they fixed everything themselves. I needed water cleanup service for our flooded basement. Due to heavy rain, our basement was flooded. The carpet and driwall was damaged. Their crew showed up on time and did an amazing job taking care of everything. I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend wanted damage America to all my friends and family.

We remoded our bathroon a few months before disaster bappes. The toilet drain was leaking for a while and it caused mold damage on the ceiling. I called friend of mine who does constriction and he recommanded Sam who does mold remediation. Sam showed up in a couple hours and removed the drywall ceiling and cleaned dryed and fix the ceiling. We found some mold inside of the sink cabinet and we used Water damage America mold clean up service. They gave me a fair price and started the job the day after. Most of the companies told us that we need to remove the sink and reset the plumbing, but Water Damage America did the job without touching the plumbing which saved me a lot. I noticed that my hardwood was getting worn out and was smelling the mold. The water removal was the first step and I started doing that myself until they arrived. They came in a couple hour and found some mold on the wall where it was wet. They started the water remediation process very quickly. The project manager was very vise. He recommended mold removal process on the bedroom that mold was found. They did a great job overall. I am very happy with their service.:)
