They rebuilt my broken window from the pieces, it saved me lots of money and grief, since new windows would not match the old ones.

It pains me to have to write a negative review for this contractor, particularly because the contractor (Devon) is a very kind and friendly person. Devon, unfortunately caused severe damage to the vinyl frame of the window using his power tools when attempting to remove the existing glass. He also did not think it would be necessary to remove all of the old caulk/silicone from the vinyl frame before installing the new glass and even stated that it would be a bad idea to remove the caulk due to risk of further damaging the frame. I ended up asking him to stop, removed the remaining caulk myself and then hired another contractor to finish the job correctly. Although I had a very poor initial experience, Devon was kind enough to compensate me for the damage that he caused and provided spare replacement glass. Thanks Devon for your very friendly demeanor. I really do wish this job had gone more smoothly so that I could have given you a 5 star review.

It was a great service. The window dismantled and I thought it was lost, but they were able to reconstruct it and save it.

Very quick start including fabrication and installation of window. Excellent replacement window that is indistinguishable from original. Only quibble is the 2-3 missed appointments for the final cleanup (and the pieces of silicone sealant and paper left on the floor for us to clean up after that visit).

Very professional and friendly, kept me apprised of process, was also training an assistant on the side and was very patient and a good teacher for the assistant. Cleaned up after himself and kept me apprised of what they were doing and when they would be finished. Excellent job!

Excellent service, quality product and extremely knowledgeable company

The transom window above my French doors had lost its seal. Devon arrived on time, took all the measurements, and put the order in to make the glass. Although he had a lot of trouble getting the old piece out because it wasn't installed properly, he took his time and made it look perfect. He's a very nice young man professional and courteous. I recommend them anytime!

The day I called. They send some one to install my two windows in two hours it was so fast.

I call the class Smith today and they are able to send someone to install my window in two hours later. The installer name Devon .was very nice polite and patient did the job very well. Definitely if I need any window repair in the future .I will call them again.
