Perfectly! I was able to schedule the work to be done at my office, for the next day, so I didn't need to take any time off of work. The technician arrived promptly as scheduled and completed with work within 1 hour.

Technician was prompt and efficient. The work was excellent and he went beyond the call of duty by cleaning out all the broken glass.

Great for except they ripped the lower rubber molding, I have a new vehicle 2015, which is a little annoying, but something to deal with. I never called the company to replace it, did not have time.

The windshield wasn't as clean as well as I'd liked - there was some smudging and dirt on the car.

I did have an extra 15-20 minute wait at the end. The waiting room area wasn't super comfortable.

They bungled the insurance part of the experience and I had to pay for it.

They were pretty good. They actually came to my house and did it. I didn't have to go there and wait or anything. I had a crack windshield and it failed an inspection. I had to get the whole thing replaced. I was able to set up the appointment online, which was very easy. They came out and they did it. I didn't have to go outside. I basically met the guy at the door and gave him my keys. He did it all in my driveway. It was pretty easy. Everything has been fine. They gave a discount right there online as well. They had a quote that I didn't have to look up or anything. I was able to get $20 off right away. I got email and text pretty much right away. I was able to set my own schedule. I set my own availability. That was pretty easy too. They were actually early. They guy call me to make sure if it was ok if he came early. He actually came an 1 hour early which was fine.

They were fast and professional. The first price Safelite quoted me was not competitive but I got a discount through my insurance (I didn't "use" insurance, but I still got a discount for having State Farm) and then Safelite lowered their price further when I told them about the quotes I received from their competitors. I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the work.

Busted a front windshield being really stupid while loading the car - took it here and was promised a quick turnaround. It was my fault for not knowing the that car had a rain sensor, which delayed activity by a day while they ordered the right glass. Their computer system went down the day of the repair, so they lingered past their promised delivery time by 15 minutes, but that's no cause for complaining. Actually, props to the store for being able to handle customers given the situation. Overall, a good job with professional, courteous service. I would use again, though I would hope I don't have to.

In this instance the first provider showed up and insisted I turn on my car and let it idle for 30 to 45 minutes or more in order to power his tools. I was shocked and called my insurance to get the situation properly resolved. Safelite called me back and convinced me to let them try again. I agreed. Another serviceman showed up and did the repair. Having good results the previous times I've had this repair by various providers, I expected another good job. I was mistaken. This crack was smaller than others I'd had fixed, but the end result did not look properly filled, and still looked like a crack. The serviceman reminded me that his job was to do the job quickly, not necessarily well.

We called Safelite Auto Glass and the next day they said drop it off and they took care of it. Their quality was excellent.

Safelite Auto Glass replaced my windshield about three years ago. The fact that they come to where you are is extremely helpful. They came to the house at a great time.

They did a great job, very coridal and efficient.

Safelite Auto Glass are a mobile service. They come out to your place and do the work there. It's been a few years and I haven't had any issues with it. The whole experience only took like a half hour or 45 minutes to do.

What I like about them was being able to do it online. They came out almost immediately. It was really very convenient. I really like them. They did the work for half an hour. It's just perfect. The quality was excellent.

I called my insurance company, they called safelite and they came out right away and fixed it in my driveway. They were very punctual, they came out to my house, they did a great, and it is working perfectly.

I will NEVER work with this company or recommend it to anyone. I scheduled service originally for Thursday (3/14/13). The technician came to my place of employment to repair my windshield, but discovered it needed to be replaced instead. Not a problem, the part was ordered and service was scheduled for the the next day (8-5 mind you). This time, the technician called while I was away from the office as he was already here, not on the way. When I called back, he could not make it out until the following Monday. On Monday morning, I received a call around 9 that because of the weather and I did not have a covered area for the work to be performed, it would have to be rescheduled. I scheduled it for Wednesday (3/20/13) as I could not get out of meetings on Tuesday. Here we are at Wednesday, the tech arrives to do the job and lets me know he doesn't have the correct part and the job has to be rescheduled AGAIN!!! By now, my crack has expanded another 6 inches almost into my line of vision. I made the appointment for the very next day and asked that I receive a call 30 min prior to the tech arriving as I again had a day full of meetings and appointments. I talked to the tech in the morning and was told I did not need to be there whent the work was performed, I just needed to leave my car unlocked. Unfortunately, I did not remember this by the time I arrived at my office, so the tech called from the parking lot at 2:52 to let me know he was here and he would wait another 15 min to call back. I called back at 3:03 and the tech had already left. He said he would turn around and come back (even though he had not waited the full 15 min) and I told him the vehicle would be unlocked. I went out to my car, unlocked it and had to come back inside for another meeting. The tech called again to tell me he was in the parking lot (I was in a meeting but assumed since I had just talked to him that he would start the job and let me know when he had finished). An hour and a half later, I still had not received a call letting me know it was finished. At this point, I looked and NO ONE HAD COME TO FIX IT! I called numerous times, left voicemails...no response. I called the office, which had been closed for the day at 4:45 when they were supposed to be open until 5. I have since called another company that is the same price (even with the 40% and quot;discountand quot; Safelite was offering through a company discount). This is a joke of a business. I will NOT recommend this business to anyone ever.

Responded quick and completed the job fairly quickly. Would use them again.

They were great. I was given an appointment and they were right on time and did a good job.

Work seems fine. Technician vacuumed broken glass off of car floor too. One concern. It was drizzling while work was being done and technician had no way to protect window mechanics from rain. We ended up holding a tarp over door and technician during process. It would seem easy to have a pop-up canopy on the truck just for such instances. (Obviously they don't do windshileds during rain because of required sealants)

My service experience has been nothing short of horrible. I am still dealing with issues 3 and half months later. On the initial install, the technician damaged the hood and required $300 in auto-body work, subsequently the windshield leaked. I took the vehicle to the Sterling facility where the technician took components of the hood off (cowel) to find leak, broke the clips that attach the cowel to the hood and had to special order them...and never fixed the leak. Roughly a week and half later another technician came out to my work location found the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it within 15 minutes. Lastly an installer came out to replace the clips and reinstall the piece of the hood we found additional scratches to the hood and dents in the passager side cowel. I have been awaiting approval from Safelite on a quote from the dealership to fix the cowels (and est. of roughly $580) for 3.5 weeks and have now called the Arlington office 3 times with no answer and have had to call the 800# for resolution...still waiting.

The appt was set for 3 days out and they were to come to my house to make the repair. The hour before they were supposed to arrive they called to cancel because of an issue with the windshield they received. They re-booked it for another 3 days out...not timely but I waited. Then they called to cancel that appt. as well. I told them if they did not come out the next day they could keep the windshield. They showed up but the installation was less the a quality job. In fact during the course of the installation they broke the rear view mirror. I didn't notice until the following day but I don't really want them anywhere near my car. Avoid at all costs.

First experience was a disaster - tech dispached to Richmond instead of Reston, rescheduled - tech arrived ontime and installed the glass but, glass was scratched, winshield wiper was re-installed incorrectly, black goo was dripped on my seat - which I didn't notice until I had stained a pair of good pants. When I called to complain - Safelite was VERY responsive. They offered to pay to clean the pants and the seat of my truck and they scheduled someone to come out and replace my windshield and fix the wiper - the tech was again ontime - very clean and professional and very fast. I am VERY pleased with the response to an unfortunate situation - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Through telephonic contact with Safelite (connected through insurance company), I had made this appointment on the previous Friday. The rep also offered new wipers for $20 plus tax. That cost would be added to the cost of my insurance deductible. Due to traffic, I arrived 10 minutes late for my Monday morning appointment. The rep at the front desk checked me in and said it could take up to 90 minutes. Waiting room was clean, had a nice TV, chairs and some magazines. After 50 minutes, the serviceman came out to ask me about replacing my wiper blades (about 9 months old) -- he said my wipers will still good and the ones he would put one were not of the same quality as mine were. He recommended I stay with what I had. (WOW!) It took another 5 minutes to bring the paperwork to the front where I paid and went back to my truck. They had washed all the windows and vacuumed the front of my truck. Highly recommend.
