These guys are pros! They handled a build-out for a new location with a tight deadline and did a great job. I would definitely recommend MBC services and will be using them again in the future.

Small Project- repairing my deck- dragged on for about 4-5 weeks. #-4 different people came - one to remove the old deck, one to replace part of it and did a poor job of it- one weeks later to stain it and another weeks later to remove the last of the oldwood. Poor communication about when they would return. Seemed like each person was a sub to the company and each had different skills - some not skilled at all.

MBC had fair and reasonable pricing and did a great job.

MBC did a great job with regard to coming out and seeing my deck, being timely in providing the estimate, and did an excellent job cleaning and sealing my deck. I have asked them to contact me the next time they thought it was time to have the work redone and they were happy to do that as well.

The crew did good work, did not smooth out the corners as I expected and did not clean up very well, took me some time to clean-up. Overall, I was satisfied with the job, I would like them to take my comments by heart and do better at next customer. The price was reasonable.

After getting sky high quotes from others, mbc suggested alternative approaches that put the project within our budget. They were prompt and efficient in starting and completing the work. Highly recommend!

For one-day project to reinforce floor joists with new framing and supporting beam and sistered joists, MBC was very responsive through e-mail and visits to house to answer multiple iterations to refine the scope of the project. Once decided on a plan, MBC started and completed the job the following day and I am satisfied they answered my concerns about the floor.

MBC came is on a Friday and provided a quote and started the work on Monday. Work was completed in a timely manner and done very profeerssionally. I would highly recommend them for other jobs. Have already recommended them to friends who need similar services.

MBC Services came to my rescue on a hot, humid Friday night at 8:00 pm. Alfredo did a thorough and efficient job of diagnosing the problem [a bad capacitor on my furnace fan motor], and repair. Can't say enough good things about him, and the experience. I was ready to spend more, and he did the work and replaced the part in under an hour.

We could not be happier with our new deck! Miguel was quick to respond, totally professional and a delight to deal with....we will definitely use his services again for another project!
