Alberto arrived with his Team on time with all tools needed to replace our mailbox and post. The Team was professional with attention to detail. The cost was lower than the bids I received for said job. We look for transparently and open communication. Alberto met this criteria with flying colors. We will hire again in the future.

I contacted Wini Company because I had metal chimney for a wood burning stove on the outside of my home that I wanted removed so my home insurance rate would go down. They came the next day and removed the external chimney and the wood burning stove and repaired the inner and outer wall of my home in a matter of a few hours. You can't tell that the metal chimney was ever there. Now my home insurance rate has gone down by so much. Thank you so much for your great work!

Family owned and operated. Good people. Efficient, professional, sensitive to needs of elderly occupants. Showed up on time, worked quickly, finished early. Excellent work product, which involved repairing two apartment bathrooms damaged from water leaks from the unit above. Identified additional issues (primarily mold) and redressed those immediately. Would hire them again. And in fact, we are!

I hired Wini's Construction to assist with the removal of the old dishwasher so that the new one could be installed. The task was complicated because when the new quartz countertops were installed 3 years ago,, a small metal frame was placed under the countertop, which prevented the old dishwasher from clearing the countertop. Wini's team had to remove the back wheels from the dishwasher so that it could be lowered enough to be able to clear the countertop. I was very impressed with their analysis of the problem and solution as well as their meticulous work; I was delighted when they were successful in sliding the old dishwasher completely out. In addition, I called them around 9 A.M. today and the team came around 11:30 A.M., to help with this urgent problem as the installers left the new dishwasher in my hallway. Wini's construction saved the day. This is my first project with Wini's construction, and I will use them again without hesitation.

I live in a split level house with a couple floors. My master bedroom was incredibly ordinary and had three tiny windows (two facing the backyard and one on the side yard). My bed always looked weird in the middle of my room and I didnâ t see any of my beautiful backyard which faces a forest of gorgeous trees and had a pool and is well landscaped. After reading the text endless FIVE STAR reviews for Winiâ s Construction, I hired this family run business of the BEAT trades-men and women and man I made the right decision!!! They literally removed the entire wall facing my backyard. They installed French doors and put in large open up windows on either side of the doors and my room looks like a gorgeous hotel room. Albertoâ s team removed the tiny windows behind my bed and they built a stunning wall of cedar planks that frames my king-size bed. They installed a custom shiplap fireplace and electrical fireplace with a tv on top. Then they installed new wooden floors and painted the room. Ohhhh and how can I forget the Romeo and Juliet balcony (32â deep and 12â wide) off my bedroom and the custom black metal railing. Itâ s a game-changer to not only my bedroom but to the entire house. From the backyard it makes my house look so modern and classy! Their work and suggestions are first-class and they are meticulous, friendly, on time, hard-working, creative and the BEST contractors Iâ ve hired in my 18-years of remodeling and updating my home. Thank you Alberto and your family! Watching you transform my home was mesmerizing! I feel like a queen in my new magazine-worthy bedroom! I will 100% be hiring you again! Up next, building a giant pergola in my backyard!

They replaced support beams in load bearing wall and related dry dry wall and paint. Also replaced broken siding. All work was done with meticulous attention to detail. The crew was friendly and thorough from setup to cleanup. The materials used wee top quality and the workmanship was outstanding. Alberto worked with us throughout the process. Will use again.

I had to get some holes repaired in my basement ceiling after another company needed to cut access panels. Wini’s Team showed up in time and ready to work. They fixed three holes 9”X14” in approximately 3 hours. They matched the pattern texture on the ceiling and it looks great! The supervisor stopped in the middle of the project to check on the project which was nice to see. I would recommend Wini’s for future drywall work.

The contractor provided direct on site supervision of his team, and provided all the work in a two day period about 2 weeks apart. Scope of work involved power washing and sealing stone patio, replacing rotted wood on deck, repairing French door, and removing/replacing damaged mortar between bricks. Slight delay in project completion caused by difficulty finding correct mortar color to match existing. Few contractors would invest time, effort, and costs scouring the DELMARVA to find the right mortar color, much less buy a fifty pound bag (only size available) when a five pound bag was all that was needed. Hats off to Wini and his team, I will hire Wini's Construction again due to their demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and dedication to do the work the right way.

I was extremely pleased with this company. They showed up on time, did an excellent job for the agreed upon price. I would highly recommend them.

400 dollars for less than an hour of work. One request was to unclog a toilet. They cleared it up but did not unclog it. I messaged and called with no luck.

Alberto and his team did a great job refinishing my basement. They were able to start right away. They far exceeded what I expected. They installed drywall, ceiling tile, recessed lighting and new flooring. My basement is now the best room in the house. I will probably use them for some future projects.

This is the second time Iâ ve hired them. They do great work, communicate well and always are friendly. I love that they take care to clean up as well.

Wini's Construction crew did excellent work. They installed handrails on 2 staircases and did a great job. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up when they were done. When I thought of another repair they could do, Alberto agreed and completed that as well. Excellent work all around and I highly recommend Wini's.

They were on time. They repaired three sections of the fence with a new gate. Everything got done and it was a nice and neat job they left the place clean. I will definitely hire them again.

Quick arrival for an estimate. Priced a little high but comparable to others. On the day of the job, there was no communication before arrival or time frame (or response to texts/calls). They just showed up. Shortly after getting started, the boss left. Workers attempted to communicate a number of questions with the person at home but were unable to effectively communicate and refused to contact their boss for help. The call to the boss at this time was unanswered and not returned. The job got done. The repaired section is a bit lopsided and a few decorative stones got broken during the job and were just left there in a pile. But the job got done.

The contractor was on time and finished the project in record time They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
