I called Wini's out for an estimate for a power washing estimate. The owner arrived on time and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. The siding on several areas around the house had succumbed to mold so the siding was tinted or patched heavily green in many areas. I agreed to the quote for the work, we scheduled the work, and his team arrived on time and performed the work very well. The siding looks brand new, it was a job very well done. I would also add that Wini's owner maintained good communications with me through the entire process.

I HIGHLY recommend Alberto and his brother who helped me with carrying heavy boxes out too my attic and organize dozens of packed, heavy boxes around my house prior to our move. Alberto and his brother are very hard-working, very efficient, pleasant, and will do their utter best to make their client happy ...Their price was extremely reasonable and I am truly grateful to them for the amazing work they did!

We hired Alberto to fix our fence. His team did a great job removing the fence, installing new main posts and reinstalling the pickets. We also appreciated the job getting scheduled within a week of the estimate. We will keep his team in mind for future work.

We hired Alberto and his team for a laudry room re-make. In the process we discovered few items that changed the scope of the project (a wall needed to be moved in order to accomodate the size of the new washer and dryer). Alberto was extremly flexible and made significant changes seem easy, I know they weren’t. They went above and beyond. Even though it took them longer than initially planned (due to our change is scope) they did not cut corners or try to overcharge us. Very honest, very skilled and a pleasure to work with. We worked with many contractors over the years, Alberto was the best. Thank you!

I don't hire him now but will hire him in March because I am going to sell my home in April. He fixed my car door opener without charging me. He is very pleasant and give me a good deal on the jobs I want him to do next Spring.

We had irregular shaped crawl space openings where we could not use your typical screen that you can purchase online to cover them. I wanted to get them covered ASAP as we were having a mice problem and it was identified they were entering through the crawl space. Wini responded right away to my request and was able to give me an estimate. A couple of hours later he called me with an estimate and was able to come add the screens the next day. They did a great job and built custom screens that look great. I highly recommend them!

I'm very pleased with the results. Going forward, I'll contact them for additional work and refer them to friends.

They replaced/constructed two wooden gates. It was a small job, but they were happy to do it and both gates swing and latch perfectly.
