Alberto and team were very friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job on my entire project. They framed the walls, tore out and replaced the dry wall, and they insulated all my exterior walls in all the rooms downstair. They patched the dry wall in the ceiling in all the rooms. Alberto created a new storage area with a shelve and doors in the one bedroom for storing shoes or whatever I wanted to put in there. Built a access door in first bedroom closet to access the storage space under the stairs and built an access door in the second bedroom closest so we could have access to the pipes behind that closet. They removed the drop ceiling tiles and installed dry wall with recess lights for my downstairs hallway. They tore out and replaced all baseboards, door trim, and window trim in all the rooms. They removed all flooring and put all new waterproof flooring throughout the entire downstairs. Alberto removed the tile floor in my foyer and replaced it with marble tile which looks fantastic in my foyer. Alberto tore out the old metal banister and replaced it with a wood banister in my upstairs family room and on the stair case going downstairs. They sanded the banister and the downstairs steps, stained, and put a polyurethane top coat to protect the stairs and he was able to match the stain to my existing floor upstairs.They painted all the ceilings, walls, and trim throughout the downstairs. Removed and replaced all the bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room doors as well as putting in new door knobs for each door. Alberto even fixed my sticking side door and now the door fits perfectly. I am so happy with my downstairs now and I will definitely ask Alberto and team to come back to do more work in the future.

Alberto responded quickly, came on time, was very friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable. One of the jobs was more difficult than expected but he took care of it efficiently and without complaint.

Did a competent and thorough job

I hired Alberto for two jobs. The first one was done wonderfully. The second one I have been left high and dry, almost a month with no contact, no response. Having paid for most of the cabinet doors and installation not received.

Alberto was highly recommended for drywall repair and painting. I followed those recs and was not disappointed! Alberto epitomizes the consummate customer service professional! He was exactly on time and quickly put his guys to work. He explained the work while the guys covered all the floors, stairs and sink/tub area. They worked continuously, did an outstanding job and did an excellent cleanup after...at a great price. Iâ d hire him again without reservation!!

I talked to him on the phone he went out did the work without any $ upfront and he is a very fine and trusting person. He was very polite and respectable. His pricing is also more than fair for the work he does.

I was very pleased with the paint/drywall job of my inner stairway that was done for me. They did excellent work in a tight area in less time then I expected. The crew worked so well together and were so considerate of my home and did such a great job cleaning up after they were finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them and do plan to use them for some other work in my home.

I found this company on HomeAdvisor, and no sooner had I hit the return key on my computer when Alberto called. He came over later that day, checked the fence and gave me a quote. Alberto responds quickly to phone calls and texts, which is greatly appreciated. The crew came this morning, did all the necessary preparation to insure no stain got into my neighbors' yards or on the post caps or hardware. The fence now has two coats of stain, the clean-up was perfect, and we are very pleased. I highly recommend Wini's Construction.

We had a long list of projects from exterior wood trim repair and exterior painting, caulking, and chimney stack repair to constructing and finishing posts and gate to electrical issues! Alberto and his crew were professional, polite, experienced, prompt. Each task was completed and inspected. Our house looks Great! I am now looking for more projects for him to do - electrical panel update,landscape lighting, interior painting, and building a new shed. Reasonably priced. Quality work. Professional workers (no cigarette breaks and debris!). We are very happy and look forward to a long relationship with Wini's Construction and Alberto.

Wini s work to repair my fence was outstanding. Alberto also had an excellent recommendation on how to match the new post finials to the existing finials so it blended in immediately. His recommendation saved time and money. Alberto was very responsive to my request, provided an estimate and timeline right away and started work as agreed. Alberto and his crew were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!

Alberto is very professional and very knowledgeable. He worked on one part of the job until he knew everything worked correctly. I purchased a cheaper item to be installed and Alberto made sure everything worked. He is very easy to communicate with and checks with you to ensure everything is as you wanted it to be done. Wini's Construction did a outstanding job repairing,replacing,and painting the exterior of our home. We have been living in our Mt Vernon home for 21 yrs,and it now looks better than it did when we purchased the home.My wife,and I are so pleased with the work,that Wini's Construction did.Mr. Alberto,and his crew was very professional,and hard working.
