Alberto called me right away and gave me a very good quote and scheduled and completed the work in less than 24 hours (fence repair). His team saw additional issues beyond what I described and addressed them without prompting or additional cost. Excellent work, fair price.

I called them to powerwash my gutter but I ended up having them paint the gutter. They were prompt and courteous and they did a really good job.

Alberto was very personable. He assured me that my stone walkway would be treated well. He also advised me on the potential effects of discoloration of mulching on the walkway and the best way to protect the walkway surface. I think he and his crew did a really good job and I was appreciative of his advice.

There were additional issues found while installing the flooring because the house was very old and they were able to address those issues for me for very low price. I also requested for them to also do the kitchen on the same day they did the livingroom and dining room, and they didn't hesitate and was able to complete the project in 1 day. A+++++ I donâ t know where I should begin?! The transformation of our laundry room is unbelievable. Literally, pictures of our laundry room now belong in an interior decorating magazine! Our house was built in the 1970s, so our laundry room was full of exposed pipes and an ugly 1970s green color was painted on the cement cinderblocks. It was literally the worst room in our house and Iâ ve hated it for the 18 years Iâ ve lived in this house. Finally, I pulled the trigger and hired Winiâ s Construction and they exceeded my expectations. They redid all of the plumbing, moved my washer and dryer from the left of the room when I first walked in to straightahead so now I can actually fold laundry in the laundry room, dry walled the walls and ceiling and put in recessed lighting. They then painted the room and put in new flooring that looks incredible. To top it off, they added three shelves above the washer and dryer and a drop-down folding table that has been a game changer! I wish I could add pictures here because it would blow your mind. The custom-made door has a glass window at the top with white tinted glass and an amazing sticker on the front that says laundry room help needed, 5 cents an hour. This company is meticulous. They laid down plastic from the front door, down my stairs, all the way into the laundry room. They never set foot on my flooring. They treated my house as if it was their grandparents home. Quite frankly, donâ t tell Alberto, the CEO of Winiâ s Construction, but they wayyyyyy under bid this job!!!

Hired Wini's to do a number of small projects, replacing a bathroom faucet, install a glass shower door, two frameless mirrores, replace an in wall medicine cabinet, replace a hardwired smoke dector. Jobs were accomplished quickly and professionally. Family business and we would recommed them without reservation.

Showed up as agreed, very efficient and the price was reasonable. Will hire again.

UPDATE: As of today, August 15, 2022, I am no longer recommending this company. I put a review online earlier today outlining why I would NEVER work with these people again. When they painted my kitchen cabinets a year ago, one of the doors chipped because the paint clearly did NOT adhere to it. Someone must not have sanded it down enough. I asked Alberto, the owner, also called Alex, to please repair the door. I have been asking him for a year now and he keeps saying next week he will take care of it and it is still not done. If you are lucky enough to have found this company, YOU JUST HIT THE JACKPOT! They treated my home as if it was their favorite grandmothers house. Literally! From when they first stepped through my front door they rolled out a canvas tarp so they did not walk on my flooring and they prepped everything meticulously. This TRUSTWORTHY family-owned business works FAST, they are METICULOUS, clean, polished, KIND, and they went above and beyond. nonstop! Not only did they sand and paint my kitchen cabinets with absolute PERFECTION, but the sides of the doors also need numerous coats and they did not charge me extra. They are TRUE perfectionists! Had you been in my house, last week, you would have seen that they wrapped all my furniture in plastic and closed off the spaces they were sanding. At the end of each day, they took down all the plastic, dusted, vacuumed, and left my house spotless. To only have to hang up the plastic again on the next day. They explained to me that they do this because they understand that we have to live here and we need to navigate around our space with ease. I have owned this house since 2003, and as you might imagine, I have had a lot of work done over the years. I have had 3 decks built, 2 remodeled bathrooms, a third bathroom added, my basement finished, and a ton of other projects done and I have never ever experienced anything like this. #Considerate #Perfectionists #Fast Two days after they finished their work, I ended up hiring them (instead of my normal contractor) to sand down my stairs, stain them and paint them, they took off my railing and made a new railing for me. I then had them paint my ceiling and fix a crack in the ceiling along with a couple of stains that were up there. They gave the ceiling three coats of paint and I thought it looked amazing, but the next day when I came home from work the owner, Alberto, how does the team do one more coat of paint because there was an area he was not impressed with. Plus, Alberto then had his Dad paint my crown molding for free and my front door too. And his sister dusted the walls, cleaned my floors, and vacuumed my couch. I love this family! They also hung a new huge complicated light over my dining room table, made sure the electricity worked fine, painted my French doors that lead out to my porch, painted my kitchen bay window to match the new color paint on the cabinets, and put on all my new kitchen handles. Always with a smile on their faces. As soon as I get more money in, I am going to have them paint my upstairs bedrooms and put down new flooring. I hope I can put pictures here so you can see their great work. If you are able to see what they did for me, you will want to move into my house! He came and provided me an estimate (for installing drop down stairs to my garage attic) within one day of my posting, provided me a quote on the spot and came and completed the job the next day. They also repaired damage to our walls before painting and they look like new. So happy with their service and the results. We plan to use them again.

I hired this company to do what appeared to be a straight forward repair on my home. The price was fair, but I was warned that until they took the siding off they would not know what exactly they would be dealing with. They ended up having to remove the sliding glass door, pull up the hardwood floor near the door, and replace the rotted subfloor that had been damaged by a leak over time. Everything was restored perfectly. They replaced the major posts supporting my dack that had become rotted. While working there they noticed that something was wrong with the garage roof that had previously been repaired incorrectly. Upon inspection, the entire portion of the roof was rotted with water damage along with two joists. They fired all of it in record time. I also had them mount a light fixture and sand down some stairs on the side of my house that had an unfortunate stain on them. All of this was done beautifully, for a fair price. The entire crew had a wonderful attitude.

Winiâ s construction has a quick response time and is fairly priced. We called them on a Friday and they came the following Tuesday. Their crew was clean, friendly and they did a great job! We would recommend them for drywall and painting projects!

I am so pleased with Alberto and his team. When I contacted him about repairing some drywall that had water damage on the ceiling, he came over to do an estimate and informed me that he could also repair the nail pops and other hard to reach nicks across my walls and ceiling. He returned with his team at our scheduled appt time, and they wasted no time getting the work done. I was particularly happy with how well they covered the furniture and walls, since the damage was in the living room and bedrooms. I did not have to remove furniture or decorations, they covered everything to perfection. When the job was done, everything had been repaired and sealed just as I had asked; not only that, but where they spotted a few extra cracks and a loose doorknob handle, they went ahead and repaired those for me as well. After the job they even swept and mopped the floors, cleaning up all the dust that remained. I couldn't be happier with the price and quality of service. Also, the crew were very pleasant folks to have over. Alberto will be my first contact for future repairs.

Wini's Construction carried out my home improvement project which replaced the tile ceiling by the drywall, bathroom remodeling. It is really a 'handyman' company. They also helped for many other stuff such as replacing the bedroom door, lights, motion sensor light, faucet, etc... Alberto and his team was punctual. They did a great job. We are very happy with them. The team included family members so they work together very well to get the job done. They are nice people. The communication was very good. Alberto responded very well and promptly to my additional requests. Wini's Construction did an excellent job with good quality, and cleanliness for us.
