Serge was timely, polite, and very professional. His knowledge was impressive. He guaranteed his work with ended up involving multiple visits to resolve the problem and there was no additional charge!

Safeway TPC called me within minutes and arrived at my house 40 minutes later. They did a thorough inspection, gave me a quote and completed the work in a timely fashion. Couldn't have gone any better!

Sergei went above and beyond to ensure the two raccoons that had invaded our upper attic were not only gone, but not coming back. He sealed up and braced the paneling under the eaves that they pulled down to get in and out. Fogged the space to kill off any ticks or fleas, and set a trap just in case they found a way back in. Came back several times to check that they hadn’t come back, and removed the trap after a week. Highly recommend him if you have a wild animal problem.

Prompt and professional. Cared about getting the job done well. A bit expensive but was mostly due to materials cost and was worth it for the excellent service and advice.

It’s been a week and I haven’t seen any mice or droppings! I wished I had called sooner instead of wasting money on other remedies. I highly recommend this company!

He was very professional and helpful. Explained what he was doing. Was prompt and neat. Felt it was expensive but I needed it to be done so Iwent with it.

Would have given a higher rating, but they didn’t disclose an additional $35 “service fee” over the phone — in addition to the $175 they charged. We still had some hornets enter our house after their service. They didn’t perform an inspection of our property to ensure there were no other nests (even though we pointed them out).

The representatives I met were both very professional, timely, knowledgeable, and offered great customer service. I didn't give a 5 on work quality as I just had the service done so time will tell if if was effective.

The quality of Serge's work is excellent. A little pricey for a minor ant problem. However, the ants vanished shortly after the service was conducted.
