Prompt and courteous service. Was easy to work with and fixed the problem immediately. Returned the following day to reconstruct the problem area so the birds could not return.

Came at 7:30, diagnosed quickly, and treated, all in 1 hour, including sealing holes bored by carpenter bees.

This company is fantastic! The price was great (less than 2 of their competitors) and the work was above and beyond what was expected (e.g., vacuuming, plastic removal, etc.). Very thorough! Serge was wonderful and explained the process and expectations (mice infestation). I would not hesitate to hire him again in a second and in fact they are now my "go to" company for all pest control.

Serge's work was effective and done in a timely manner. Cost wise, I can't compare but I am okay with what I paid for considering the mess I had to deal with. I would hire him again.

They showed unexpectedly at 0800 without an appointment. My wife answered the door, and let them inspect and perform the job. They surmised the location of the mice and made plans to get rid of them. Very personable and more importantly, my wife is pleased and happy! Happy wife-happy life ;-)

I had a squirrel in the ceiling area. They fit me in for next day service, showed up early. Installed a tough metal screen in the vent area where the squirrel had gotten in and repaired the bent vent. Super fast service and reasonable cost. Thanks!

The job was never done, he change the price over the phone and he is trying to charge me for the job that he never did.

I was ready to pay for a monthly contract, but Serge demonstrated that while it would certainly make more money for him, my pest problem wasn't bad enough to warrant it, and ad hoc treatments would be more economical. He also made sure to minimize use if chemicals indoors and explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions.

Super responsive and worked with my schedule. And unlike the larger companies, I was able to get in touch with someone immediately and even schedule an appointment for a Sunday. Couldn t get that with the other guys.

He was very flexible in timing which was most appreciated. My only concern is we are not 100 percent sure the original problem is resolved. However he did indicate what to do next if that happens.
