Problem stemmed from multiple shorts in switches on the curcit. The up front communication was great. They came when scheduled, found and fixed the problems and left. After they left, another problem related to what they fixed occurred and they came right back to finish up. I was very pleased with the service and will definately call them for future electrical needs.

Repairman responded to our house within an hour of my call. Came out and relocated the wires and cleaned up all the excess material from the repair. He was very neat and courteous.

We called, someone answered the phone and informed us there was a serviceman in the area....within an hour the person had come and was making the repair....efficient, knowledgable, and professional with an excellent demeanor. We had called our normal electrician twice with no call back. Angie"s List came through again. We should have joined years ago. We now have a new reliable company for our electrical needs.

Quality Electric Service was very helpful guiding us through a complex electrical issue involving Arlington Country and Dominion Power. I would absolutely use them without reservation.

The electrician showed up at the end of the timeframe given for arrival. He first evaluated the breaker box and determined the outage was not coming from there. He then looked at each of the outlets that weren't functioning to try and find a point where the failure was occurring. When he couldn't find the failure at the outlets he hooked up a bypass and tried to locate one point that produced the failure. When nothing came of that he decided to over run a new cable from the breaker box to the first outlet in the series. When doing this he found that the existing cable was broken. He completed the work and cleaned up after.

because of the type of light , it was difficult to repair. Their serviceman did a great job. he was on time and very knowldgeable.

They are reliable, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. What was required was knocking some holes in walls and ceilings. They cleaned up very well and did not just leave the holes. They patched and sanded it so it was ready for paint, which to me is above and beyond what I would anticipate an electrician doing. My recollection was that they were very expensive.

They were extremely responsive and very nice when they were here. They even matched the new outlet covers to what we had. They were also very considerate of our time and replaced the outlet while somebody brought them the needed piece to fix the dryer. We plan on using them again for installing ceiling fans.

We recently purchased a condo and the existing electrical work had some problems. On one notable occasion, half of the lights went out. I checked the fuse box (the extent of my abilities) and it was fine, so I was desperate for help. Quality Electric Service fixed this problem and another similar issue since then. They have also provided us with complimentary advice by phone on one occasion that did not require a visit. They have always been extremely responsive, with readily available appointments. They are punctual and work efficiently. We find the prices to be reasonable, especially given the quickly available service. They are genuinely helpful and definitely our go-to for any future electrical needs.

We are a busy medical office that has patients coming and going M-F 7:30-4:30. The servicemen started the project at 6am in the morning to accommodate our office. They were professional, personable did an excellent job! We had a piece of equipment installed the next day and the measurements were off and Quality came back out that day and fixed the problem! This is a top notch company with top notch technicians!

ARRIVED ON TIME. GOT THE JOB QUICKLY. DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS. THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND TRIED TO GET US UP AND RUNNING WITHOUT A DELAY IN OUR BUSINESS.

They came a day early, after calling, Jerry and Danny were very professional, very polite, worked quickly and fixed the problem.

They were very responsive and quickly found and repaired the problems with the electricity in my basement outlets. They had me go to Home Depot to buy a replacement ceiling fan and light fixture for the foyer, and installed them that same day. They were very professional, told me what my options were, and also gave me advice on how I should proceed in preparing my house for sale. If the appraiser finds any other electrical problems, I will certainly use them.

Very timely, polite & efficient young men. Took the time to show me what the problem was & explained what to do in case there is another failure. The owner answered the phone, & bent over backwards to fit in same day service. What a relief to find an interested provider, wanting to help...especially when our phone service was out of order! Timely, good pricing/value, the estimator and the technicians were very polite, thorough and explained everything in detail. Really appreciated having them do the work.

Overall the work job went well. Securing the electric meter (putting in new metal screws) required brute force to square and get the meter flush with the side of the house. It took roughly 30 minutes. Installation of the outside night light went without difficult and took roughly 20 minutes. I made the mistake of NOT asking the price before the work began because I'd gotten estimates of about $100 from another 2 companies. Needless to say I was shocked that the bill was over $160 after the senior citizen discount. Goes without saying, I want be calling them again.

Found the problem to be a simple one of cleaning the fixture when I thought the fixture had to be rewired.

The people that came to do the quote were the ones who came back to do the work. They scheduled quickly once we gave the go ahead and were very responsive throughout the process. Originally it was planned to have two people come but they brought five through-out the day and completed the work more quickly than planned, by a few hours. Their price is not the lowest but seemed fair and they did a good job. They were professional and I had no qualms having them in my house doing the work. I would use them again if I need more electrical work done.

I've used Quality Electric for a number of years - you can always expect excellent service. Jerry is professional and pleasant. He called before coming over and at first I missed the call because I had to run the kids to school. When I returned the call, he cheerfully re-arranged the schedule for me. His work was high quality and efficient. I highly recommend Quality Electric - they have a lot of loyal customers like me, so they book up well in advance, but they are definitely worth it if they're already booked for that particular day or two. My light, disposal and attic fan all work great!

I called to get a quote on repairing a ceiling fan after reading the Angie's list reviews and visiting Quality's website. The gentleman who answered the phone recommended I have a new one handy incase it wasn't an easy fix and it would be more cost effective to replace it. Since the malfunctioning fan was about 10 years old, I decided to just replace it since with my luck they'd fix it to only have something else go wrong with it a week later. The 2 electricians called ahead and showed up at the very beginning of my 3 hour window. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and were on there way.

After buying our house, we chose Quality Electric Service based on reviews from here. They were extremely professional and I was very happy with their work throughout. Two service persons showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled work. They efficently removed the old fuse box and replaced it with a modern breaker panel. The box was professionally grounded outside and to the metal pipes. Holes that had to be made in walls were nicely repaired and they also replaced the outside meter box and wire cable supports. Top notch, passed inspection, everything has worked flawlessly since then.

The technician was efficient, professional, and courteous. After successfully installing one light fixture, he saw that the second fixture was damaged. The technician helped me document the damage and repack the box so I could return it to the manufacturer. Excellent service!.

The man I talked to on the phone was very responsive to my questions. The day of the service, the electrician was on time and accomplished the task in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased but have one comment. Since this company's minimum is 60 minutes, if you have a small job like I did, it's probably more cost effective to hire a company that has a 30 minute minimum.The company was up front on the phone about their minimum so I do not blame them at all. I was very happy with Quality and would hire them again if I had a bigger job.
