While servicing my vehicle I was informed that my air and cabin filters needed to be replaced. The strut assembly was showing signs of wear and I should consider replacing to improve the quality of the ride.

They're really nice guys and I like them a lot. They are friendly, they do the work they say they'll do, and they do it in a timely manner.

Today was my first bad experience there. Previously: oil change - fine. New tires: excellent with Tyrone. Today my 2007 had been missing. I wanted to know what was happening and fix it. $125 for diagnosis (seemed high but it was less than another quote. The guy came out with a list after the diagnosis. Half the list sounded overpriced and unnecessary. I said no to those. I went with the filter at $38 and replacing 4 plugs $31.54 each. Seemed high so it had to include the labor, I thought. I said do it. I did not ask about and he did not volunteer that the labor would be $313.66!! Why would he not tell me that? That was a very expensive lesson that you always have to ask for the price including everything. And assume nothing until you trust them. Looking for prices for the plugs and installation on line at the Toyota site - it was about $100 less at most. OK - the heck with the service chains. I'm going to find an independent shop that I can trust. Anybody know a good independent shop you trust West of Alexandria?

Everything went smoothly. We have a 2004 Honda Civic with 130,000+ miles on it. Dealer's service department quoted a very large sum to fix the things they said needed to be done. Took car to Wiygul who did an inspection of the vehicle for $116.00. Their quote was roughly half of what the dealer's service department quoted. They took one day to fix the car and gave loaner car to use which only cost us for the gas we put in it. I cannot attest to the quality of the service, because I'm not a mechanic. Very prompt and courteous service. Nice waiting area if you want to wait for repairs. We will use them again.

They have been working on my classic vehicle for many years and take care of all of its mechanical needs. Because my car is a classic, they oftentimes have to be very creative in some of the repairs needed and they have always done first-class work; I would not have been able to keep the car as long as I have were it not for Wiygul's expert service; I would not trust my car to anyone else.

Satisfied with the work done, but seemed like almost every time I went in for something routine, there was a recco for significant additional work.

Terrific family-run shop. We used Wiygul for everything from oil changes to mechanical repairs. Always friendly and with an easy-to-understand explanation of what is needed. Most important, they never tried to upsell us on unneeded repairs.

Car repairs are never fun for me but after getting the car back, I've noticed that it drives better and the A/C is nice and frosty. The repairs were done quickly and service providers were curious. I did not feel pressured to get services I did not want at the time.

I had a violent shake when driving that Wiygul diagnosed as a rotor problem and an engine light that I soon learned was an EGR valve failure. After replacing the rotors, my ride was SO much smoother. I went BACK because I was so satisfied with the service to upgrade my tires. My vehicle is 10 years old, but runs like a charm because of the repair and preventative work I did at Wiygul. Mike was very informative. I felt like I was being educated about my vehicle and proper care, instead of being sold on automotive services. (especially as a woman, it's important that I can trust my mechanic!!) I recommend all of my friends and family to go there! They can be pricey, but it's worth it for their quality of work and guarantees on service (they said I would be covered for a year if anything they repaired failed in that time). You won't find a better repair clinic in this area. ...ASK ABOUT THEIR FREE SHUTTLE! TIME SAVER!!

Very well. Car was ready on time, I wasn't charged for any extra services and they were always polite. They even provided transportation btw their facility and the metro.

Totally without hassle. Responsive to questions, helpful with suggestions, error free work and clean car delivered back.

Wiygul Automotive has surpassed BMW dealerships service by a long shot. Prices are lower too. You have to do regular maintenance on any car, whether it's Amercian, German, Japanese or Korean made. They've done synthetic oil changes, all fluid services, excellent brake service...I've even purchased tires from them. Yes, they do 1st Class repair work too. Unfortunately, parts break, even on a BMW. They tap into the computer same as BMW and work through the problems. This BMW is a little monster. Still. Thanks for Wigyul!

The transaction went smoothly - the time I'd chosen to get the oil change was mid-morning on a Wednesday, so there was only one other person waiting. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

I only went to them once, and the service was okay. They did an alignment on my car, which didn't do so when, and I had to realign my car when I got to my new location. That is probably because they are an auto clinic, and they see cars of different models, and don't quite know how to do that, but other than that, they were okay. I had used them before for an oil change.

The experience was very good. The service went pretty well, and they were quick. They made recommendations for other services, (inaudible 02:06-02:10) so my car could be properly registered. When I went there another time for an oil change, the two guys at the front desk just made me stand there before they acknowledged my entrance into the shop. One guy just asked me what I was there for, and I tried to talk to him, and then he was helpful.

They were very good and we went back quite a few times for work on our cars. We also had emission tests there as well as oil changes. They were definitely good.

They have accurate pricing, timely and they have no hassle.

The experience was fine. I had a lot of stuff done, but that was 12 years ago. I trusted them. They were always very courteous, they always made sure I had a ride to the metro or home, and they were just very accommodating. I had been there for just about everything. I had a lemon, so they fixed everything.

They also did notice something else that was wrong, some suspension issues, but they also kind of over-diagnosed the thing. I took it somewhere else just to double-check because what they were suggesting was a pretty hefty repair and the other place that I took it to, I trust that mechanic, said I did not need to do half of what they were suggesting I needed done. I had purchased a coupon for a state inspection and an oil change.

My experience was excellent. The oil change was just dandy. It was a special that I got and it was good. I would tell others that it is a good company if they needed those services and the price is right.

It is very nice and clean. They are courteous. They open up at a reasonable hour in the morning if you want an inspection. I think they start around 7 o’ clock. They have a courtesy shuttle to the metro which is not far from the location. They offer beverages, water, coffee, and tea. They have television and magazines. It is a pretty nice place. They are a neighborhood place, but they have somewhat dealership prices. The quality is excellent.

They are really cheap and they got the job done really quick. I got a discount for going there the first time.

They didn't fixed it. They charged me too much and they didn't know what the problem was. I have to take it somewhere else. They were friendly enough but they didn't know anything like they're not an auto mechanic. I spent 600$ but they couldn't fix it and they didn't care.
