Three In One Designs

Billy was very responsive on a couple of days notice to come to our house. He arrived punctually and was immediately pleasant to visit with. We explained what we were doing, gave him a tour of the house, and then sat at the kitchen table discussing all the items. He kept us focused on what we needed to do now - all the foundational items. He has a remarkable ability to understand us, discuss options - and explain why. The first day we spent two hours at the house with the tour and having these conversations. The next day he met us at the tile/granite store. By the time we arrived, he had pulled options/suggestions for our items. Even though we immediately liked what he had pulled, he also walked with us through the store to ensure we knew there were a variety of options. He had listened and understood so well, however, that his choices were right on. We talked about the other choices we still needed to make, but were confident we were fine ourselves based on the information Billy had shared. I did need to text him a couple of times, and he responded quickly. We are thrilled with the service Billy provided - though we were uncertain/leary of the idea when our daughter suggested it. (Which reminds me, please note that I marked his price as excellent, but that was based on talking to other people to understand what is normal. I don't have any experience or basis of comparison). It would have been very difficult for us to pull together the right choices out of the endless options into choices that fit together so well. Additionally, he saved us hours of contemplating all the choices. I never thought we were "interior design" type of people, but I was wrong. We will definitely be asking Billy to help us after the foundational remodeling is completed and we have other choices to make. Finally, though we have only used Billy's interior design services, his company's "Three in One Designs" is because he also does floral and landscape design.
