Description of Work: MW did a complete remodel of two main floors of a townhouse which included the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and master bathroom and 2 stairwells. When I purchased the townhouse last summer, I opted to have all the remodel done upfront rather than breaking it out into smaller projects over time. The overall prohject took nearly 7 months, in large part because I ordered custom designed cabinetry and tile. During this time, I ran into relatively few complications and Drew, the project manager, did an exceptional job of coordinating with the designer, suppliers and subcontractors. The crew was punctual, polite and their quality of work was excellent. The remodel project was completed in January and I chose MW and the same team to do a smaller remodel of my basement. I highly recommend MW to anyone who is willing to spend a little more, but desires high quality of work.

Description of Work: Over an 8-month period, MW did the following to renovate the inside of our home: |1. Demolished 2 walls between the K, DR and LV |2. Gutted and renovated K, all 3 BA, and UL floors |3. Provided Master Plumber and Electrician for all renovation work |4. Inspected electrical and plumbing |5. Installed at least 30 recessed LED ceiling lights throughout the house with 4 in each BR, and the other 16+ through the LR, DR, K, and Hallways |6. Installed various additional LED light fixtures in Closets and Laundry Room |7. Installed Impressions Hardwood Collection 3/4 inch Shenandoah Butterscotch Oak throughout Foyer and total UL except the Bas |8. Installed new TW Perry Solid Oak floating steps (12 in all) and renovating existing oak and steel frame via sanding, staining, and for the steel, painting |9. Installed 3 contemporary high quality ceiling fans (Kichler in Foyer and minkaAire in 2 BRs) |10. Installed Kohler products throughout 3 BA (e.g., white cast iron tub in 2 BAs; Santa Rosa Aqua- Flush white toilets; Mistos fixtures in brushed nickel) |11. Installed The Tile Shop's Sandalwood Travertine tile floors throughout 3 BAs, 2 Hearths before the 2 Fireplaces, and the Laundry Room floor |12. Used Benjamin Moore (BM) paint throughout interior of home using Springfield Tan in K, DR and LR; Yosemite Sand through Foyer and Hallways; Franklin White throughout 4 BRs Family Room, and Utility Room; White in Garage; Drywall replacement and repair in Garage and a couple of areas in the home; Mystic Beige in Laundry Room; Aura Spa Havana Tan to resist moisture in all 3 Bas |13. Installed insulation toward end of project before going through the punch-list process to offset any insulation loss during demolition, etc. |14. Used Pyramid Granite via MW for the fabrication, which provided us our beautiful Granite for the K, great Thassos and Crema Marfil Marble for two of our BAs and gorgeous White type of Quartzite for the Master BA |15. Installed 3 Honeywell timers and new sockets throughout |16. Installed new baseboards throughout |17. Supported our decision to use a carpet vendor for the flooring in the LL |18. Used The Carpet Yard to buy and have installed 100% British Wool carpet manufactured by Masland. |19. Afforded us as customers its vendor discounts all along the way |20. Coordinated with Home Depot on certain purchases like the K cabinets manufactured by Thomasville - we nearly doubled our cabinet space from our old 1969 K |21. Installed counter top and cabinet from Home Depot in the Laundry; the counter top also serves as an extra office space top for a laptop |22. Used ABW via MW for stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances for the K |23. Installed 3 replacement interior doors |24. Installed custom painted parchment backsplash tiles from Marble Systems |25. Used Marble Systems via MW for the purchase of the granite that went to Pyramid Granite for fabrication. |

Description of Work: Came and gave us a quote for an addition. May end up selling rather than adding on but he was very responsive and professional.

Description of Work: Work was done for the tenant. Tenant did not complain (and trust me she would if it were not perfect).

Description of Work: demo'ed an existing non permitted and badly built addition and restored the backyard with deck, fence, full patio, and some restoration. Despite weather challenges - MW Construction has done an awesome job of properly fixing a a serious issue with our home. Thanks to Drew and Greg for being candid and taking care of us.
