Description of Work: Seeding and aeration front and back. The front was fine. The back was done later as the tech was concerned about dogs (they were locked in the house.) We saw the seed buy no punctures for aeration in back.

Description of Work: J&J sodded our lawn and performed fall clean-up. Our lawn looks phenomenal! The crew was courteous and extremely knowledgable about grading the lawn and placing the sod. Our shrubs also look spectacular. Our neighbors simply can't get over the transformation. Jamie, the owner, reached out directly throughout the process. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use J&J again. They were extremely competitive in price and their work is exceptional.

Description of Work: I had J and J lay down a stone path with rock and pad stones. I also had them replace one of my small red brick landing steps outside of my garage. Work was well done an completed in one day. Kate was very responsive and helpful.

You purchased the Big Deal special on 4/10. We immediately scheduled an appointment to look at your job on 4/15 and sent you your estimate on 4/17. The Angie's List Big Deal is valid for the first 6 man hours of work. Any other work above and beyond this is estimated using our regular hourly rates. This is clearly described on the Angie's List website. We estimated your job to take approximately 9 hours, 3 hours more than the 6 man hours included in the Big Deal, so the proposal showed a cost of $120, in addition to the $199 you spent on the Big Deal. You wanted all leaves removed from your property, your beds edged, and shrubs pruned. You stated that the $120 was too expensive, so a refund was issued immediately. I'm sorry that we were not able to work with you on this project, however we did nothing do deserve a negative review on Angie's List. We responded immediately, communicated in a timely and professional manner, and issued your $199 refund right away. Again, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied, but our estimate for the work was honest and accurate.
