Description of Work: First, I contracted for the "Spring Cleanup" and mulching of our yard. The company was so great, we asked about an annual grass trimming contract. Price was so good, on top of great service so far, we signed up. I am amazed each week when the crew shows up and gets right down to work, Doing an excellent job each time.

Description of Work: Traveled to the house to prepare an estimate to mulch the yard, then performed the work a few weeks later.

Description of Work: The company was very responsive both when I requested their services and after we met to discuss the details. When I had an issue and communicated that, management responded right away that they were on it and then followed up when the issue had been resolved. In addition, the company also did a good job of scaling the proposal to fit the budget that worked best for me at the time.

Description of Work: They provided landscaping services, spreading top soil, seeding and fertilizing. They also, removed unwanted bushes and planted replacements. They were courteous and completed all of the jobs in a timely manner.

Description of Work: I had MAJOR over growth of all scrubs and vines around the front of my house. There were so many weeds you couldn't see where the grass ended and the "shrubs" begin". They showed up first thing in the morning the day it was scheduled and got to work right away. They trimmed everything down (NO EASY TASK!) cleaned up all the weeds, ditched out each area even around some larger trees in the yard we talked about and mulched everything. They left everything very clean and took all the debris with them. When I came home it looked like a different house and it was so nice to have a house that actually looked like it belonged in the neighborhood. Since then I have contracted them to mow each week and plan to have them do the fall treatments on the yard as well. Donnell was very nice and wonderful to work with and his responses were fast by both email and phone calls. As long as I'm in this location I plan to continue to have them keep my yard up for me.

Description of Work: Front yard relandscaping project including some existing old plant removal, soil amendment, with added new soil, in enlarged beds on both sides of the front of my house to prep for new plantings, and the construction of dry stack fieldstone retaining walls in front of the new bed and encircling a Sweet Bay Magnolia tree. Also, mulched in front and several areas in back yard. Donnell, the project manager, was extremely helpful: patient with my questions and responsive to my requests. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: J&J has provided landscape service (mowing trimming, cleaning and mulching beds, pruning shrubs) to me and to our association for twenty years. Their work has been excellent and we have gotten many compliments on the appearance of our yard. They will also upon request perform other tasks ( e.g. remove and replace shrubs, install landscape cloth before adding mulch, removed damaged limbs from trees). Their rates have always been very competitive.
