On the date of service, 2 young men came and were professional and courteous. They showed me before and after photos of the ducts and everything seemed legit. No problems to report what so ever....

 + 0 moreDuctz was incredibly professional and efficient. Abe, the franchise owner came to the appointment along with another tech. Abe took charge of the work and literally dove headfirst into our attic's thick layer of insulation to find and repair a disconnected bathroom exhaust vent, which looked like an awful task. He then moved quickly into cleaning our dryer vent from the outside, which was done in just a few minutes. Both employees were extremely friendly and professional.
Description of Work: Ductz inspected two bathroom exhaust vents, repaired one of them, and cleaned our dryer vent.

 + -1 moreWe were desperate to have our dryer vent cleaned. They were the only ones we could get to come before our vacation. Unfortunately, they were also 4x the price. The dispatcher/receptionist told me that other companies have lots of hidden fees. Not sure if that's accurate, but we needed the job done. They left a sticker on my brand new washer that doesn't come off (indicating the service date), and knocked the dryer vent off so they had to come back. They were great on punctuality and making my situation a priority, but not as careful or inexpensive as I would have hoped.
