Setting up a time with C&C to have our dryer vent cleaned was quick and easy. They showed up on time and did the job right the first time.

We had our vents and air ducts cleaned by this service and were more than pleased! The technician showed us how bad the air ducts were and our home air quality is so much better! It was our first time using HomeAdvisor and we will use it again! It's nice to have a place to go online to find reputable companies!

I received a phone call within one hour of requesting a work quote. I told him how many vents and air returns I had, he quoted a price and that was the price I paid when he finished the work. I gave the work quality 4.5 stars instead of 5 because 3 vents were forgotten; I found two before they left. The last one I'm not 100% sure was forgotten, however, the plastic seal was still covering 80% of the vent. I did not feel pressured to purchase extra services. I would absolutely hire C&C again.

Did a good job with the vent cleaning and explaining options for better system maintenance. Minor cosmetic damage in tough to reach returns from ladder use. Overall, great experience and would recommend C&C.

The gentleman that cleaned our duct work was real nice and friendly. But, I did notice that he did not have a brush [or something] to push through the duct work. He just hooked up a large hose and sucked everything out, then used an air compressor. After finishing, he mentioned that the furnace motor was also dirty and it would be an additional [over $200.00] cost to clean the motor blades. OUCH! I told him no and did it myself. When I finished, I put a new clean filter in the "intake" inside the furnace. We let the a/c run for a day, I checked the filter and it was very dirty! Seems, all he did was loosen much of it the dirt in the ducts and there was still plenty left inside.

The technician was very courteous and explained what needed to be done. The major issue I have is simply the very high cost of the work performed. I asked C&C to clean three exhaust vents (2 bathroom and 1 stovetop) and install animal guards on 4 vents to prevent entry and nesting in the vents. Using a 25-ft ladder for 3 of the vents, the technician did what was asked. The 4th vent was accessible without a ladder. Instead of telling me that the exhaust vents were clean with no existing nests and debris in them, he proceeded to clean them anyways and charged me for a thorough cleaning for each vent. The contractor also removed the product stickers from the vent guards and either stuck them on my house or balled them up and threw them on my lawn or driveway. After everything, I was charged $493 for the cleaning of 3 vents and the parts and installation of 4 vent guards and I had to clean up the stickers he left behind.
