+ -1 moreThey are quite frustrating because my spouse is a perfectionist and is not pleased with the work they give out. They do always show up on time, but the quality of the work is very low. They aren't very great at meeting our expectations given. We continue to be disappointed.

+ -1 moreThey never did get rid of the weeds. The tech came by himself, and didn't seem to know much. All he did was show up and spray. I could have done that myself. There were a lot of dandelions, and the weed killer didn't work. They say their work is supposed to be guaranteed, but I don't see that.

+ -1 moreThey spilled chemicals on the lawn, and burned a hole in the lawn. They cleaned it up and did not tell me about it. I found out about it when my lawn died. I continue using them, however, because of the price. I am still mad at them.
Description of Work: Chem Lawn puts fertilizer on the lawn and puts chemicals on the lawn to control weed growth. They come about twice a month in the Summer.

+ -1 moreFor the most part it was positive. I feel like they come on days that aren't appropriate because of the weather. For example, one day when they came to spray it was snowing. They don't call before they come either. The work was done fine, I'm just not completely satisfied.
