+ -1 moreFor the most part it was positive. I feel like they come on days that aren't appropriate because of the weather. For example, one day when they came to spray it was snowing. They don't call before they come either. The work was done fine, I'm just not completely satisfied.
Description of Work: They sprayed my tree to get rid of insects and make them healthier.

+ -1 moreTrugreen Chemlawn does a great job. They show up when they say they will. We have to lock up our pets while they're here even though we know they are friendly. They are always very prompt and on time.

+ -1 moreThey show up on a regular basis. Although, they did have one man who smoked, and he smelled bad. I also think that they don't go all the way to the edge, because there are some weeds. However, their product is a good product and the rest of the lawn looks good.

+ -1 moreThey are very accommodating and convenient. They call me and let me know when the next application should be done, then come and do it. The only way I know that they have been there is by the flags left in the lawn and the lack of weeds. I like the results.
Description of Work: I called them for a spring treatment. They sprayed my lawn so it would grow greener grass and kill and prevent weeds. This was the fist application for the year and so far it seems effective.

+ -1 moreThey are quite frustrating because my spouse is a perfectionist and is not pleased with the work they give out. They do always show up on time, but the quality of the work is very low. They aren't very great at meeting our expectations given. We continue to be disappointed.

+ -1 moreThe man that came, Vincent, had a good attitude. He was polite and presentable. He had a really good work ethic. When I had called in, the lady at the desk was very helpful. They gave me a comparable price but the hard work of the employees are what makes them great.

Description of Work: They sprayed for weeds and fertilized for greener grass. This is done 4-5 times a year. The men know when to come, and they leave a flag on the lawn so we know when the spraying has occurred.
