Service person arrived within the specified time period. Got right to work. Answered all of my questions. He was friendly and helpful.

Excellent - especially because Brian was so on top of everything. One day the old fireplaces were pulled out, electrical outlets installed, and everything cleaned up. Next day the two fireplaces were installed. Since it was June didn't use them much but when we did try them in Sept. the flame was off in one of them. Brian came up the next day and took care of it and showed me how to shut everything down to clean the glass every month. Really professional and friendly service.

It happened on a Saturday so I called another company who had 24 hour service but they never responded, even to this day! I then called Manwill first thing Monday morning and they were able to get someone out to my home the next day (it wasn't freezing temperatures so I knew I could wait another day). Jeremy showed up promptly at 9:30 after calling to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and although he didn't have the part with him, he offered to run back to the shop (at no charge to me for his time) and get the part. After he installed the new part, he showed me the old part and explained what happened in layperson's terms. He also answered all my other questions about the furnace. The part itself costs about $525 dollars and I felt the labor charge was very reasonable. I was treated respectfully and courteously, and would absolutely call Manwill again.

Last Sunday our heater broke. They were here on Monday and had to order a part. They came back the next morning and installed the part. They seem to have more experience and know what they are doing. They always call if they are going to be late. They have always been fantastic.

Workmanship was excellent and the housekeeping superb. Everything was clean and neat when they left and the professionalism excellent.

Jeremy, the Manwill tech showed up within the 3 hour window, calling from the road to let me know he was on his way to me next. He was pleasant and thorough. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a few minutes. He then took the time to offer tips on maintenance and to let me know what I was doing was right and how I could get at some of the hard spots to vacuum out. I appreciated his time and professionalism. I've used Manwill several times and they will continue to be my Heating and A/C Pros!

We had Manwill put a new furnace into a house we just bought. Katy went to the house to determine how big a furnace we needed and got us an estimate that was right on with what we were charged. She asked us what furnace features we were interested in and then provided us options for different efficiency furnaces and brands in various price ranges. We had an issue with closing which resulted in us not being able to let the technicians into the house on our scheduled install date, but Katy was very understanding and worked with us to get on the books for only 3 business days later. We ended up getting an Amana 95% efficient, multi-stage furnace and so far it has been great. We haven't noticed any crazy temperature swings and are very happy with what we got.

They came and repaired the first time the 12th of October. Then they sent another crew member back to give us bids on new furnaces from 3 different furnace mfg companies. They told us of the money back savings from the gas company and the manufacturers. And then left us alone for a week to make a decision and get other quotes. We got another bid and different price quotes on 3 furnaces and two types of two stage and variable. The second company tried to fix it, too, and then decided that with the rusting from the a/c unit it would need a new one soon and gave us more brochures and prices. Both companies suggested similar manufacturers and models of furnaces. We called Manwill back and they came a week later. They came when they said they would be here and installed a new furnace in place of our old one. This brand and model will use less energy and give us better heat and cost less. We will get money back from companies and it is highly recommended on consumer reports and with the two companies who gave us bids and other information. They came when they said, did the work quickly and efficiently and left the house clean and answered any questions we had. It was a costly investment but necessary and they (two guys) did a good job that took most of one day early morning to about 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. One repairman was going to drop by the office and give us a spare filter as they knocked some dirt loose when installing but he forgot. And they removed all the old furnace pieces and took them away.

Over the summer my boiler turned on full bore, despite the thermostat being off. I just shut the whole boiler off and put off calling a service technician until it started cooling down. I called Manwill on a Monday, they said the first availability their boiler guy had was first thing (8:00 am) Thursday so I scheduled it. Siroujen showed up a little after 8:30. He couldn't explain the boiler coming on in the middle of the summer, but we did a few tests to make sure that the boiler came on when it was supposed to as controlled by the thermostat. He checked gauges and looked over the plumbing, and gave me some helpful tips about the system. This was the first time I've had the boiler inspected in the 6 years I've owned the house, so if nothing else I feel the $79 was worth the piece of mind, and his time, of course.

He was punctual and was very friendly,. I explained that the old return air vents were supposed to be blocked off but the air pressure seems to pull to hard when some are blocked. So maybe the fliter I use in the house maynot be catching all the animal hair from my pets..I wanted him to check the motor to see if it needed cleaned.. He crawled under the house and told me that I was wrong and that I needed to put a filter in the rack in the furnace...I explained my brother had redone the venting so I wouldn't have to do that. just to change it in the new setup upstairs. That my brother installs and works on the big units in Louisiana. He told me he did it wrong that I needed to use the filter under the house. That he knew what he was doing and I was wrong....i said fine I don't agree but my main concern was the blower. did it need cleaned? He said that was expensive but that it looked okay that he would vacuum it and then look...Then he comes back up and explains he was wrong that my brother had indeed blocked off the air return from the old returns that I didn't need to go under the house that it wouldn't work since it was blocked off to just use the one in the hall. I am glad he appologized for his mistake and that he was honest in that fact. Some people wouldn't have done that. However I wished he had listened to me before argueing with me. The reason it pulls h****** the filter in the hall is the air pressure will pull on the filter harder if that closet is totally blocked off. That 99% if the return air is going through the vent in the hall but it still needs that one return air next to it on the floor.

Very positve overall experience, obtained several bids and choose Manwill based on 1.) Took the time to explain various options, let me make the choice instead of just providing a quote 2.) Reputation for quality and standing behind the job. 3.) Everything from intial appointment/bid to install was on time and as promised.

Cleaning and checking furnace showed elivated ppm levels with possible leak. They performed services and stated furnace may last another two years. They did not raise original price. I inquired of possible furnace replacement information. They called someone to come and speak to me. Bryan came less than 30min later. He explained in detail all options for new furnace and quoted a specific price with rebate and refunded the original service fee if I was to purchase a new furnace, which I did. Mike and Roman came on appionted time and replaced the furnace with a great new one. They were professional and very friendly. They explained how it worked and left me with all the booklets. No hidden fees. They even accepted the coupon from Manwills on Angies site. Great experience! Thank you, Margie Koch

The workers were right on time, had all the supplies they needed and performed the work promptly. Their final cost was right in line with the estimate - no nasty surprises or hidden charges. I would definitely recommend Manwill to anyone needing plumbing work.

He was very professional but more importantly he was very honest. He answered all of my questions and was a very nice cat. And although I didn't need any work done at this point in time, in the future, Manwill will be my go to company for Heating/AC.

The sprayer on our kitchen sink broke. We were going to replace it ourselves, but we noticed that the shut-off valves leaked when we tried to shut them. So we delayed the project, then the faucet went hayw ire. Time to call Manwill! Bill (the same person that recently fixed our water heater) came out and replaced it. He did a great job, as expected. He arrived right on time and went right to work. The price we paid was for the service. We bought the materials separately, but the job is warrantied. Great company to do business with!

This company was extremely responsive from my first contact with them. Someone answered my initial phone call (no answering service or phone tree -- a live person on the 2nd ring), and they were able to set up the service date at the exact time I requested (4 hour window on the day I specified). The serviceman was extremely professional in appearance and behavior, and diagnosed the problem with my AC immediately. He had the needed replacement part in his van (no costly trips back and forth for parts), and was in and out of my house within an hour. The price was extremely fair, especially considering that he prepared both of my furnaces for the winter while he was there. This company is a real winner.

Easy as pie. Jeremy called 30 minutes before arriving and tested everything. Determined the furnace was fine, filter was fine, and coolant was low. He recharged the coolant and we changed the batteries in the thermostat for good measure. Very polite and competent.

My water heater tanked Sunday night. Chose Manwill after reading all of the reviews on Angie's List. The reviews were not exaggerations! Bill arrived promptly, and explained that the problem was most likely a thermocouple, a little part that keeps the pilot light lit. He replaced the part, and VIOLA - a working water heater! A less reputable company probably would have tried to sell me an overpriced, poor quality water heater without even targeting a less expensive problem. I've already discussed an upcoming bathroom redo, where I may be needing some plumbing work done. They've already go the job!

They were fabulous. Brian was the technician that we worked with. There was a very small misunderstanding and they provided the service to us at cost. They took great care of us and we are very happy with their services.

Steve, arrived in the evening to fix a furnace/air conditioning unit that would not turn on. Immediately, identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Great work and very professional and responsive. Steve did a great job for us.

We are in the process of remodeling our basement and noticed our air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor. We at first contacted an air conditioner repair service that had a coupon in a mailed advertisement. We called them and they came and within 15 minutes told us we needed a new air conditioning unit--probably would cost around $3500. We decided to check Angie's List and called Manwill. Our technician was at our home even earlier than scheduled appt. which was great as I had to go to work. He was very professional (Bill was his name) and knew immediately what the source of the problem was. Total cost for repair--$61.00 (with Angie's coupon). I will never call anyone else except Manwill!! They are honest!

Based on the positive reviews on Angie's List we called Manwill to come out and check out our air conditioner. It was shutting off at the hottest time of the day during our recent "heat-wave". Our appointment was for 10:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m. I received a call from Monty asking if he could move our appointment up, he finished earlier than anticipated. Monty was waiting at our house when I arrived. This was about 9:15 a.m. We went to the backyard to look at the unit. He asked several questions and then told me our unit has a cool-keeper on it, installed by Rocky Mountain Power. He explained what it was and how it worked. At no time did Monty try to sell me a service we didn't need nor did he go through the motions of checking our A/C for non-existent problems. That kind of honesty is rare these days and much appreciated. By 9:30 our appointment was over and I was headed back to work. We're customers for life! :)

Excellent - they arrived on time and were very accomodating to add a second service vist to my Mother's home to fix a leak she had.

These air conditioners are about 18 years old. We thought we would be low on free-on and that we would have multiple charges for misc. items. Happy to report the technition serviced the AC's with no additional charges, even though we were prepared to pay for extra's. We felt he was super honest and did an excellent job without trying to hose us. What a pleasant surprise!

I called Manwill after another company told me I needed a new A/C unit. They were on time (actually a bit early which was great) and got started right away. After about 15 minutes the problem was identified. It turns out that two wires were crossed causing the fan on my A/C unit to never shut off. I am not saying the previous company that came out crossed the wires on purpose, but I went from thinking I had to buy a brand new $5000 A/C to paying $61 for a normal service. I will never use the other company again and will definitely use Manwill. They were prompt, honest, and I had a wonderful experience. As a new homeowner not from this area it is hard to find service companies you can trust. I feel I have found that with Manwill.
