They were professional and easy to work with. Not only did they replace the Stop and Waste but replaced several sprinkler heads quickly and efficiently.

Overall working with them has been a difficult and frustrating experience. I could write a lot about the poor workmanship, terrible communication, lack of accountability, and the many many excuses. All the work they did for us was sloppy and unfinished, they installed curbing so that I ended up with grass and a sprinkler head on the wrong side, and they flat out broke a sprinkler and did not tell us only noticed when it started flooding. It took weeks of incessant texts and calls (with no responses) to get them to come back and fix it. At the end of the day, they maintain that we somehow offended them by calling out the poor quality and expressing our concerns/disappointments. They clearly could not understand why someone who was spending over $6000 for concrete work would be frustrated when they said that cleaning up the messy work was not included in the bid It is also important to note that before any of the issues were addressed the owner of the company considered the job done and was requesting payment/threatening legal action a common theme I have seen in the other negative reviews.

I have been trying to get sprinklers and sod installed for over a year because the market in our area keeps every landscaping business very busy. I had two services quote and then ghost me and one service was scheduled to do work and never showed up. Finally Sprinkler Service Pro followed up on my request for a quote and started with sprinkler installation very quickly. I was pleased with their professionalism and skill so I asked them to install sod which they did the same week. I'm very pleased with their customer service; they even answer texts after 5pm on a weekday to address some of my concerns. Each employee was courteous and professional. Romario and Chad in particular. I would recommend them to friends and look forward to hiring them again when I want to upgrade the front yard.

There were two areas I specifically requested a sprinkler head to be installed that was overlooked.

The quote was within what I expected. The crew was hard working and finished my backyard in 4 days. It went from all weeds and dirt and sprinklers that haven't worked for years to beautiful landscaping, pavers for a patio, and working sprinklers. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I spent a very long time calling landscaping companies, trying to get estimates and ideas. No one wanted the job. I was ignored. People did not show up. It was incredibly frustrating. Then I tried Home Advisor and got a bid very quickly from Sprinkler Service Pro. They showed up, had good ideas, did the job very quickly, I got more than I expected and now have a lovely side yard that will be minimal maintenance. A good landscaper is a Godsend and this company fills the bill. Highly recommend. Chad (the owner) rocks!!! They planted trees and grasses, added gravel and flagstone, took out weeds and sod, and added curbing for planting beds. The end result is very nice. I no longer have a disgusting white trash side yard. I can now show it off! This company does a lot more than just sprinklers. I would hire again.

Chad was very professional. He was able to come out the same day to give me a quote. Once the job started he was great at keeping me informed. Once the project was complete he took the time to walk me through all that they did and compare it to the quote. Chad and his team did a great job and I will use for future projects.

We are just finishing up with the designing, planning & pricing/budgeting, but so far... great!! We are getting very close to the implementation phase, though. I have complete confidence in Chad & his team!!!

When he showed up and realized his equipment wouldn't work to blow out our sprinkler system, he taught me how to manually drain the system myself. That part was all great, but it only took 15 minutes. Pretty quick for how much he charged!
