I needed a pest control company to catch AND REMOVE the rodents in my house. A mouse was caught in the traps set by the tech. I called for service and the CS rep said they will remove the caught rodent IN A MONTH during my regularly scheduled service. Both the rep I talked to on the phone and the tech who serviced me said they would come get the trapped varmint. THAT IS WHAT I NEED THEM FOR!!! To be fair, the tech did a great job cleaning and setting traps, but he lied about getting trapped rodents. The Rep lied too. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. If I get out of the contract, they will charge me an early cancellation fee. VERY UPSET! After telling her that I felt lied to and that it wasn't acceptable, the CS rep said she could get a tech out Friday. I don't know about you, but I don't want to have a dead mouse in my house for 5 more days. I finally got the customer service rep to send a tech out tomorrow. I was told by the CS rep that the premium package comes with pest removal. No one mentioned this at all, ever! They not only missed a sale on that, they have lost a customer and now they have an angry customer on their hands and their review page. DO NOT USE!!!

I had rat traps out and caught them myself. I did not want them continuing to be on my property so I specifically asked if they would come to catch and remove them. They told me yes. $460 billed within one month for then to come set traps just like I did and leave. I had to throw them away. They put out poison just like I did. The rats are still around and I am not throwing money away for them to do exactly what I did for barely any money. Traps are a couple of bucks and poison was inexpensive. I am disgusted they took my money for their service.

They make you sign a contract for 12 months. I think there were times they did not even service that month but still charged me.

Great communication and service with regular and thorough work. Would give a 5 but they’re a little on the pricey side for same services provided by others, however, they worked with me on pricing after our contract was up.

Was only on site for 15 minutes, did not even bring own ladder, and I still have same problem. Way too expensive for service.

The salesman will oversell the ability of the company to help you with pest control and the technician will be stuck trying to figure out how to keep you as a customer even though they cannot perform all of the services agreed to by the salesman. Also, they require you to sign a two year agreement.

DO NOT HIRE!!!!! I would give zero stars if possible.. Their service guys were bad. The job was not done effectively.. Waited all. Summer for mosquitoes to be gone.. Never happened. This company has no idea of what they are doing. Plus they try to charge you for work they have not done. They are the worst.. DO NOT HIRE
