I talked to Rhett Gubler to set up my service agreement. After listening to my problems, he gave me options and came up with the best bundle to resolve the issues. Reuben Davis and his female partner arrived the next day and went through the house. Since this was an extensive problem, they will be returning on a regular basis to make sure that problem is resolved.

Service is good, the only reason I deducted half of a star is because they only remind you about your appointment the day before. I would prefer a few days lead time.

I missed the technician and had questions about what had been done so Edge sent another technician the following day to cover everything and make sure I was satisfied. I have used Edge for 3 years and they are wonderful year after year.

They are awesome. Amazing punctuality and customer service. Listened to my concerns and made the necessary adjustments for the pests I had. Went out of her way to find the problem and explained everything she did. Would recommend and hire again.

Only problem I have is I would like to pay for the entire service at one time....not each time they show. Other than that, I am pleased so far.

The first time that they came results were poor and the service person came and went very quickly. The second time was specifically for Mosquitoes, with much better customer service, as for the results we'll have to wait and see.

They are expensive but do a great job

The guy was nice called before showing up and knocked to inform us he was there. He even came into my garage when I asked to spray a little more! But he left my back gate opened and my dogs got out and it made for a stressful afternoon

Last year we had mice in our garage and were able to get rid of them with poison and glue traps. But in March of this year we saw mice in our kitchen , which was very alarming. Luckily we were able to catch 2 with glue traps, but also had experts from the Edge pest control company help us by setting snap traps both in our kitchen, food storage in the basement, in our garage, and also with 3 box-type traps outside. So far we havenâ t seen any more mice and appreciate the help from Edge . Highly recommend their services.

Called them today and requested service. They completed service the same day of contact. Price was 50% more that old service. Iâ ll see whether or not if it was worth it.
