Our service guy was friendly and efficient!

They did not honor what we discussed they were going to do for the price of our contract: address rat droppings in the crawl space of our small home. They did not finish the job on the first day (Friday), but promised that someone would come to finish the work on either Saturday, the next day, or Monday, and bring a shop vac to clean up the droppings. When I called to confirm on Saturday it was not on the schedule and had them make certain the it was on the schedule for Monday, with the shop vac as promised. When a different technician arrive Monday he did nothing that was promised, but simply left 5 traps (not even spread out, but all bunched together at the entrance to the crawl space) saying that the work we were told they would do would cost $1000s and take multiple people days to complete. The service was a joke. Do not sign with this company.

This company always sends out good people. They are always spot on when they give a time that they are coming. They are thorough, they check in after the service via text. The last person that came, Gusto? Not sure if thats the correct name of the gentleman, but he was very good. Exceptional service from him. We have been using this company for many years and they do not disappoint.

Technician is amazing! Always gets in touch before and after visiting our home. He noticed a few small openings outside the house which could be an issue with critters, offered to repair for us, negotiated a more than fair price, and set the whole project up. Doesnâ t get any better than that!
