My technician was quite thorough.

They need to get it together. The first guy no call no showed after already confirming with me that morning and I did not hear back from them until the next day. They tried twice to come outside of their arrival window when I was working when I told them I would not be home. when they did get here, the guy had not spoken to anyone or received the issue at hand and was just going to generally treat when I was specific about having a hot spot, which is the reason why I brought them out. Poor customer service, poor communication. It seems disorganized and poorly operated. And I do not like how they tried to upsell me on literally everything.

During our recent service, the technician, Michael, was very thorough noticing new areas of ant infestation and took special care to let us know about the areas and specific treatment. He was great!

Jarrett was great to work with. Came in and got everything sprayed down. Very knowledgeable about the ants and other bugs that may show. The chat feature to do a reservice was also great in the fact that they answered back quickly and got someone here in les than 24 hours. Love the fact that as soon as they are done with their jobs they call you ahead of time to let you know they are on the way. Very professional and great at who they hire. They were very responsive and came to my home shortly after I called them. Their service has been great! I only wish that I didnâ t need to sign up for a year-long service contract. That being said, they get an A+ for getting here quickly and putting my mind at ease.
