Horrible service and horrible customer service .

They did a great job and worked fast and resolved my issue.

I have used this company for 10+ years, they will come back out if you see a problem before the next quarterly service. Techs are always friendly and polite. I ask that they call 30 minutes before arrival so I can make sure pets are not out in the yard. I will continue to use this company as long as prices do not keep raising.

The service person was late and did not bother to even call. I took half a day off of work to wait for him, so that was a bad start. Did not do the thorough job that they said he would do. I had to tell him what to do and some steps and he was just going to leave, the wasp nest with angry wasps lying on the ground. Left half the wasp nest up there and told us to get a power washer to get it down. Definitely would never hire them or recommend them. Or at least the representative that they sent. I called to find out where the service person was when he was running late and they never followed up on the appointment either. Very disappointing.

They wrangle you in with high pressure sales tactics by showing up at your door uninvited then they trick you into signing a year-long contract not telling you everything you need to know which is basically their service only provides a little walk around the house with a spray can that you can do yourself anything else is extra they just tell you when they are coming they do not call to see if it is a good time or not and when you realize what a crappy service it is and want to cancel first they try to ask you if a family member would take over your contract and if you refuse that then they still want to charge you for their services because of this contract you signed and which they did not tell you all the important details you need to know these people lie cheat in our true pieces of shxx!

Technicians are courtesy and thorough. They inform and educate the home owner as they walk through property/assess property. I also had them spray for spiders and other creepy crawlies both indoors and outside of our home. They resolved our issues and our home is and remains pest free (with quarterly service of course). Worth every penny. (Price is fair/equitable for services rendered.) Tyler and Brad are fantastic to work with ALL of the time! My super heroes!! Can't say enough about service staff and Technicians. Phone service could use help.

The rep did a great job but he said he had torn the pair of his booties. He left small pieces of mud throughout the house. Again, I don;t want to diminish the fact that he did a great job. I just don't want your reps coming into the home anymore without booties on their shoes.

Having dogs, I like the fact they call ahead of time before they show. But having dogs I do not appreciate my fence gates being left open on the last 3 service trips. If you open them. Then make sure they are closed.
