Lowe's

The delivery scheduler at Lowe's set up the delivery time as 8:17 a.m. When no one had arrived or called me by 9:20, I called the scheduler. He called the deliverers and said I was the third delivery on their route and that they would arrive in 15 or 20 minutes. They arrived about 20 minutes later and said nothing by way of apology for not having called when they knew they were going to be more than a little late. When they were ready to leave, I told them I would have appreciated a phone call. They were polite but seemed surprised that I would expect this common courtesy. Otherwise the delivery went OK.

While I like their store, the person who first installed my water heater did it wrong. It was in a closet and the door would not quite close. I asked if he could just turn water heater to close door, he would not. Second repair man would.

I thought I could install the dishwasher myself, but it was too heavy. When I realized this, I called them and they came right out. The dishwasher works great.

I really liked them. They were professional. Once they came out they did a very great job and I can't complain!

I was very happy with Lows. They did a wonderful job. They made me very happy. I would have them again. They're prices were perfect.
