Outstanding customer service

The job wasn't the biggest but was treated as such.

Scott was awesome. He is not only the sales person that will come to your house to bid the job but he will also do the installation himself. I had a 5 camera DVR system to install and Scott did a great job of the installation. He did a great job of running and hiding the cable. Once the installation was finished he stayed to make sure I understood how to operate the system on my IPad, IPhone etc. There are not too many installers out there that would go above and beyond the scope of the project without up charging you. I can not recommend Scott enough....great guy, great installer at a very competitive price.

Vision integrators team (Scott,bill,green) are very professional, and they hear what customer wants that made me happy, I called Scott 4 hours after the installation because one of my cameras just went off its about 8:30 pm when I called him and after 20 minutes he is in my doorstep, he checked all connections and found out that one of the fuse has a defect, he change the fuse and everything is working great....they answer their phone no matter what time and when they said there going to be there , they will.. I'm very satisfied with their workmanship and I highly recommend this team....
