Purchased Pella doors and windows and had the Draper office install on a brand new build. The doors failed the first year, snow blew in between the door and track. Called the office to have this repaired their solution was a 3rd party weather strip. Geoff Short head of sales told me; the stripping would have to be repaired every 5 years or so; the doors i purchased were not designed for the mountain environment and Pella had redesigned the doors; they would give me a discount on the new doors. I installed new doors (Marvin) and they gave me a bigger discount, the sales representative felt terrible how Pella had treated me. I'm in the construction business and have never seen such low ethics in a business situation, i would not do business with the the Draper group or Pella. Pella national was contacted and did nothing.

The salesman was at my house for 21/2 hours. He knocked a plant off of a shelf and broke the vase while he was measuring. He have me incorrect information. When I priced the same work once they were done, it was way over billed. The salesman made promises the Pella company refused to comply with. My first experience with Pella was so good. I didn't hesitate to call them when I needed more windows. I was really disappointed this time.

The windows are beautiful and worth the money. It has made our home more energy efficient. When we first got the windows my husband couldn't believe how pretty they were. Installation was perfect and completed on-time and clean-up was very good. These windows have really enhanced the interior of our home. One of the reasons we went with them is that having Pella window helps with selling a home as it did with my Father's home.

I had some issues with the windows they initially installed about three years prior. Three people had come and let me know the truck broke down so they were late. They had a rental truck and not all the equipment needed to complete the windows. It was November and at about 5pm they left after taking all the windows down and placing the new ones with shims; I didn't know if they were coming back. Also, when they installed a small single pane window upstairs they installed an inexpensive ledge between the window and the wall. The rest of the windows were triple-pane. Also, when they were touching things up he painted carelessly and I needed to clean up after them. I was not happy with the installers. One of the windows in the master bedroom still makes a funny cracking noise once in awhile.

When they came about four years ago it was a better situation. They redid the front door and didn't charge me. They could not have been nicer about fixing the door. The quality is very good. They only part I had a problem with is the window are heavy so it makes cleaning them difficult. The windows they put in the kitchen are triple-paned and are really hard to open and close. At the bottom there's a little rubber flap that has curled and makes it so it can't close completely. The installers were very efficient and made sure I was satisfied. As far as customer service they were very professional.

While their prices were high, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Everything was fine including measuring. The ordering process took about six weeks.

I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. Jennifer Coombs, the sales representative was excellent. She came out several times and she used her computer to help me look at what I could chose from. They are good to work with and I would recommend Pella over other companies. I did have a problem with the locking system on the door, but they came out and replaced the entire lock and it's worked fine ever since. I knew the quality of the product was going to be good compared to the other companies I spoke with. The price was fair and only a few hundred dollars more than another company and it was of much better quality. I would recommend them to others.

I really like working with them. The quality of their windows is extraordinary. They are really expensive windows but you get what you pay for. We really enjoyed working with the salesperson at Pella and the guy that does the installation does a very good job as well. We are very pleased with them.

They put in defective glass. The sashes were put in wrong so that I could not remove them to clean. It took them over two months to even look at my windows. They did a horrible job.
