Description of Work: A piece of the furnace that controls the blower motor needed to be replaced. The service provider identified the problem, had the replacement part, and was able to fix the problem on the visit. The provider was professional and showed up on time. I would use their services again.

Description of Work: He checked out the A/C and mentioned that I may need a solenoid in the future, not immediately. He also said I definitely need a new filter. He suggested a type of filter and a nearby place to buy it, Filter Technology, I bought it immediately.. He showed me how to replace the filter.
