There was was a mix up initially on the date for the service, once that weas resolved, Steve came out the very next day (on a Saturday) and did the work, everything went smoothly. Excellent, work and service, would use again.

The provider made an appointment for September 12th but did not show up. Called him to leave a message to straighten this out and reschedule but no answer and his message box is full, could not leave message. The provider must be experiencing some sort of an emergency, will withhold any comments until he contacts me, I'm sure there is an explanation, don't want to give the provider a negative review without his explanation, I'm sure he will eventually provide the service contracted for in a satisfactory manner. It is a bit disconcerting that telephone contact cannot be made as of this date, that is why I assume some emergency must have occurred.

Went great. He is obviously know his business, is nice to deal with and prompt.

Steve was great. Our trailer jack broke while we were trying to get the trailer on the truck, and so we couldn't get it on, and couldn't get it off. Steve came that evening, after his full day of appointments, to replace the jack. He also tightened a few bolts for us, and gave us some advice on the hitch. He went above and beyond. I'll never take my trailer into a shop again, Steve can do all the maintenance and repairs I need, at my site.

Steve went above and beyond to provide great service with a great attitude and totally bailed me out. I had been planning to take my camper south for the winter, so hadn't winterized and it was getting colder. It came down to a Saturday afternoon and the forecast was for low 20's. Unfortunately, I was out of town, so I was worried. Fortunately, I had left a set of keys with the good people at Point of the Mountain Storage, so I called Steve, discussed the situation, he said he'd get it taken care of with no additional weekend charge or anything. Also, no patronizing comments about being an idiot not getting it done sooner, just total willingness to help. Not only that, while doing the winterizing, he found that the prefilter was already cracked from freezing, and just took care of it right then and there and only charged me $15. Highly recommended. It's so nice to find a service provider that gets it done and is a pleasure to work with at the same time.
