Description of Work: We just bought a new house and they had serviced the water heater. The seller of the house didn't tell us that Water Heaters Only told him he needed to replace the water heater. Anyway, they gave us a discount on the water heater since they had serviced it already. Highly recommend for installation and service. They were on time and very fast. Just like the name they keep it simple and to the point.

Description of Work: My water heater was making a hissing noise. I gave Water Heaters Only a call and they was very helpful telling what's could be wrong w/ my water heater. They set up a service call very quickly. Tech gave me a call 30 mins before arriving and he was on time. Tech was very professional explain everything that he was going to perform and gave me an estimate of the cost. I purchase a coupon from Angies list and have no problem applying it to the cost of repair. Highly recommend and will do business w/ them again.

 + -1 moreCalled company around 12 pm to get estimate of the amount to do an install only. They researched the code requirements for my area, gave a range for variety of services and set an appointment time for the middle of that very afternoon. Moz arrived ready to perform the install, removed the old tank and gave me options. He performed the job quickly and professionally. Within two hours the old water heater was loaded in his truck, the empty box that had contained the new one was carried to his truck, he swept up all debris, verified all was well and gathered his materials. Job well done with no financial surprises. Very pleased with the work completed and have recommended this company to family.

The repairman arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the water heater.  + -1 moreThe plumber originally contracted by my Home Warranty Company quoted a price twice as high as Water Heaters Only's price. The Home Warranty Company's plumber said a replacement would require a number of new fittings, but Water Heater's Only installed a new 50-gallon Rheem electric water heater that fit existing fittings perfectly. The technician also installed a new shut-off valve and a drain pipe to help protect me against any future water leaks. The Water Heater's Only receptionist and technician were courteous, responsive, prompt, and helpful. I definitely recommend Water Heater's Only. If nothing else, customers might want to try Water Heater's Only as a price comparison against an estimate provided by a Home Warranty Company repairman.
