On Friday, January 29, 2016, I had a water leak detection service come out to determine the source of a leak in my garage. This company found that the water heater was leaking from the top of the unit and I was given an estimate of $1495.00 to remove the old Rheem water heater and replace it with a brand that I was unfamiliar with. I declined and contacted Water Heaters Only on Friday evening; they told me that they would have a technical out the next day, Saturday between 2-5 PM and I would be given an on-site estimate and could have the work done then...right then...if I accepted the estimate. They called me mid-morning and said they had a cancellation and could come earlier if that would be convenient...HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN??? I said yes, that would be great, they gave me an estimated arrival time and beat that!! (The leak company I had dealt with the day before were almost 3 hours off their estimated arrival time.) The estimate was $1040.00 to remove the Rheem water heater that was almost 15 years in service and replace it with a Rheem equivalent...with no hesitation, I asked them to do the work. Moe and Scott were efficient and professional and based on their interaction, it was obvious that they had worked together for some time. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only...I've had to replace 2 water heaters in this house over the 21 years that I've lived here ...the first water heater came with the house (I was the first owner, house was 'new') and lasted for less than 5 years. I was fortunate in that I had Water Heaters Only replace that water heater with a Rheem in March, 2000...so when this water heater developed a leak AFTER LASTING FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS, I called them again!!!! I'm so very grateful to Water Heaters Only for the prompt, efficient and professional service at a reasonable cost ...so again, I highly recommend Water Heaters Only!!

the team had to remove an existing 50 gallon water heater and install a new one. Everything went very smoothly and they did a nice job of cleaning up.

Initially, I had questions about how to increase hot water availability through the house - the people I talked to at WHO were knowledgeable and patient with my multiple questions, and I decided to buy a new water heater. Their quote was already lower than two others I had found, and the $150 for $300 Angie's List deal I bought made it even cheaper. The install went smooth and within the estimated duration. I would definitely use them again, hot water is now readily available and hot throughout the house.

Water Heaters Only (WHO) came out the same day. My house has a stupid design. I have two hot water heaters in the attic on the second floor that leaked through the ceiling (which is how we learned that they needed to be replaced). WHO was able to replace the hot water heaters despite having challenging time navigating the old ones down the stairs (not their fault - challenging layout of the house). Overall, they did a good job in light of the challenges they had related to the design of the house.

Awesome from the start! From the person who answered the phone and asked all the right questions to the quick appointment to the great job the tech (Moe) did to the low price everything was perfect. Done right the first time at a MUCH lower price than we expected.

They said they could not perform the service because the plumbing was not up to code. They were prompt and professional. They were helpful in recommending another solution.

Wish I could give these guys and A++. - Waters Heaters only installed a hot water heater for us in Feb. 2015. - It quit providing adequate hot water so Saturday the 19th of December, I sent them an e-mail about 5:30 in the evening; I really did not expect to hear anything until Monday. - About an hour after the e-mail I receive a phone call. After stating the problem I was asked if they could come out tomorrow between 10 and 12 AM. I said sure, kinda wondering what this was going to cost me. - About 10:30 Tom shows up and quickly diagnoses the problem as a burned out lower unit. About 45 minutes later the lower unit and thermostat controller were replaced. - I asked Tom what it was going to cost me and he replied No Charge, the unit was under warranty. - At least we were able to provide a care package of warm Christmas cookies. - Sunday, 0 charge warranty claim and no service charge....you just can't get any better than this.

Contacted water heaters only via phone call and spoke with josh, he took all information needed to schedule the job and made an appointment for Saturday the 12th December for between 9 and 11. He also told me the installer would call me approximately 30 minutes before arrival. The installer, Moe called me at 9:50 and told me he was on his way and would be here around 10:15, he was here at that time and after introductions he went to the attic space where the water heater was located, confirmed what I had suspected, a leaking water heater with standing water in the drip pan. He came downstairs and wrote the estimate which was right in line with what Josh had given me a range of on Friday. Moe started the job after laying down drop cloths on my stairs and hallway leading to the attic space. He drained the heater and after that removed the old water heater and took it out to his truck and brought the new one upstairs and installed. When finished he asked me to come upstairs and inspect the job. It was a very clean install , with all traces of the old heater removed and the area was cleaned up also. Very professional and couldn't have gone any smoother. I would use them again if and when the need arrives.

I got the water heater replaced the same day I called. They were able to come out and do the work 2 hours after I called them.

Moe arrived on time and was very polite and a cheerful person. He got right to the task at hand. He informed me when the water was being turned off in case I needed anything first. Also warned me the smoke alarm would probably go off due to the use of a torch and disconnected it for me. Later he connected it back. When the heater was installed he checked each hot water line to make sure all the air was bled out and there were no leaks. Also showed me how to light the pilot in case it went out and how to adjust the thermostat. Very knowledgeable!

They arrived on time and worked efficiently. All is working great.

The company said that their crew would arrive between 10 and 12 and they did, which made things go smoothly with our existing schedule. The service technician (Moe) was professional and took the time to breakdown the cost of the installation/removal for me. He answered my questions and when I was satisfied, proceeded to do the work. He worked with his partner, and they were efficient at getting the two old units out of our house and installing the new one. Their price was very competitive compared to approximately 4-5 other companies in the DFW area that I phoned, and they were willing to come out the soonest. The model they installed of gas heater was the same as all the other companies were offering. I will definitely use this company again in the future for my water heater servicing.

Called them earlier in the week to schedule service on Friday. They came on time and did excellent job. I purchased a deal on Angies's list and they honored it without hesitation. I have to mention that they quoted job without knowing I have a coupon and quoted my job with honesty and price is 50% lower than their competitors. I kind of worry how they can make money with such low price and excellent service. What I can do is recommend them to whoever I know in need of new water heaters.

it went well, I called in the morning around 8:30 and they came around 11:00, take out the old one and replaced with a new one. the price was good. and the service was very good too.

Moe was great! Very courteous, friendly and thoroughly explained everything as he went. Was quoted a great price (coupon cost of $150 was included in my final costs below) and was also able to take advantage of a great coupon offer through Angie's List. I'm back up and running! So far so good. I'll update if anything changes.

Water Heaters Only sent a technician out to look at the water heater. It was still in good shape and had life left in it. He recommended a few things to the water heater closet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would use them in the future.

Service tech was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I already purchased my water heater, I just needed Water Heaters Only, Inc to install the replacement. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a water heater replacement. They are certainly subject matter experts.

Great experience. I called yesterday, they gave me a window of time for today, they called ahead to be sure the time was still good, Jeremy and another young man were timely and had everything they needed. They were here for about 2 hours and I no longer need to worry if the old water heater (18 years old) is going to leak into my master bedroom. Jeremy checked my second water heater to be sure it was okay, it's next on the replacement list, but not this week! Thank you for the professionalism and the quick response.

My hot water heater started leaking and I called in my warranty company. They sent me a repair crew that was charging me way over the amount covered by the warranty company. So I frantically started looking for other options on Angie's list and found Water heaters only! These guys do only one thing, that is to repair and replace water heaters. So they have perfected their trade and are very efficient at it. They came by to give me a quote and I was happy with the numbers and asked them when they can start the work. The said, Right now! I was happy to see that they came fully prepared to do the work. In 2 hours I had a new water heater, the area was cleaned up and they hauled away the old one. So the overall experience with them was great. I wish every repair experience was like that, no drama, no stress and on-budget.

Fantastic job! Our water heater ruptured. This was discovered late at night, of course. I called to schedule an appointment. Over the phone I was helped in confirmation that I had shut off the water appropriately. The next day, my old heater was hauled away and a new one was installed. In the sea of difficult scheduling and unsatisfactory repairs, this was an island. So grateful for the efficient and timely service!
