Description of Work: We purchased our 30+ year old home approx. 2 yrs ago. Over the course of time (30+ yrs) different tradesmen had made a shambles out of the attic insulation. Batts strown everywhere, none in some places, air ducts leaking due to workers climbing all over them.Delta E came out and gave us this recommendation: Resposition all fiberglass batts, foam seal all ducts and duct connections & foam seal air handler plenums to stop air leaks, install additional R30 cellulose over existing insulation. The price was very reasonable. They came out the first day to reposition the existing batts and foam seal the ductwork & plenums. The second day they installed the R30 cellulose. The crew was very professional and did a nice cleanup after the job was finished.We noticed an immediate improvement in the comfort level in the living space, and the AC units seem run less often now. I compared the June electricity usage to last years' usage and it was down about 30%.We are very happy with Delta E and have referred them to several of our neighbors, and will definitely use them again if the occasion arises.Thanks,Happy CampersWylie, Texas
