Description of Work: My husband bought these services as part of a Big Deal. We had a leak in our sprinkler system. First of all, it was hard to get an appointment with American irrigation to come to our house. To be fair, this was during all of the May rains. Second, when they finally arrived, they did not have the proper tools on the truck to diagnose and repair the problem. We tried to make another appointment, but just wound up asking for our money back from Angie's List. It turns out that our sprinkler systems is rather old and wonky - we finally had to call the person who installed it to repair it.

Description of Work: DID- Install edging around my front yard and part of my side yard-- charged $25 per siding piece which my lawn man said he bought the same edging for $10/piece. DID NOT DO- The siding was installed inside out, but Mike corrected this. Then paint was worn off during the re-installation and now has some rusty spots-- Mike said he'd send someone out to paint these, but to date, nothing has happened.

Description of Work: They came out on two separate occasions. Once for drip irrigation, once for lawn irrigation. Came with 2 days of calling them. punctual and very professional. Fixed leaks in drip irrigation system and re-wired rain bypass which had evidently been installed improperly by previous owner.

They came out within hours of calling and gave the estimate then came out first thing the next day and fixed the leak within a couple of hours. Price was reasonable and we haven't had an issue since so I feel like the work was quality. They didn't leave any messes either in the yard!

Called and made a request to convert wall voltage from a 30A to a 20A circuit ( my husband took out our electric range and installed a gas top that required a voltage conversation). I also wanted to get a quote on fixing the wiring to my security light attached to the outside of my garage - Arrow was able to scheduled me for the follow day! Electricians, Clint and Josh arrived promptly. They listened to my request for the voltage change and the security light rewire and stated they could do both installations easily. In addition, I asked them if they could remove an old dim garage light and install a new light panel and wall switch - which they did! Also, they fixed two sets of exposed dangling cabinet under mount light wires. Clint and Josh were professional, polite and most importantly they were extremely knowledgable! I added several other jobs for them and they managed each with dedication and skill. They were also gave me a free home safety evaluation. They recommended and explained the importance of installing a Carbon Monoxide detector since we know were using a gas stove, and highly recommend installing smoke detectors in our bedrooms. I have used many contractors over the years, and my experience with Arrow Electric was among the best!

 + -1 moreThe owner and a helper arrived as scheduled and within minutes found the separated pipe causing the leak. They replaced a section of pipe and a fitting to repair the problem. Work was done efficiently and effectively. They showed me the problem and explained how they would repair it. Throughout my contact with the company, communication was good and I enjoyed dealing with the company. Their service was very good and their price was reasonable. I plan to use the company in the future for alterations to my sprinkler system layout.

The systems they installed 2 years ago are running great, and the redesign work they did on an existing different system is doing well too. Mike is very professional and his office staff is too. I have already recommended them to others. Their pricing is similar to others, but more important to me is their level of professionalism and responsiveness!
Description of Work: I had a new system installed in 2 separate rent houses. I have also had repair and design changes made in my personal residence to address needs with new landscaping.

 + -1 moreMr. Cantrell not only repaired the leaks but replaced the material with swing joints which are flexible and, as I understand it, will help prevent this problem in the future. I really appreciate his professional and friendly manner and his office personel's promptness in answering my call and getting the service done so quickly.
Description of Work: I needed someone to repair some problems with leaking areas around my driveway. He found several breaks in the linesdue, apparently, to cars running over the grass and gave me an approximate cost for labor and parts before continuing.
