Of course it was a Sunday morning when it happened. My husband heard a noise and he opened the cabinet under the sink and was blasted by hot water coming from a pipe which had broken. I called Charter and they said to turn off the water at the meter and that they were on the way. Jimmy (son) has been out to our home twice and fixed what was needed quickly and efficiently. Jimmy is as nice as they come. Thank you Charter!

I rated customer service low because I spoke to Jimmy the day before he went to my house & advised him I wanted him to come out and take a look at the problem but not do anything until he has confirmed with me it was ok to do so. (I said this more than once). The day he was at my house he was not able to get in contact with me verbally (because I was in meetings all day). He texted me & I texted back, again telling him not to do anything yet. He went ahead & made a small repair & then decided to bill me for something I never gave permission for him to do!

Great Job and services

This is a family owned company from Wolf City but they service wherever they are needed. I live in Rowlett and had a clogged sink. They had an emergency come up and asked if I could wait one more day which was ok with me as mine wasn't an emergency. The 2 brothers showed up first thing the next morning and they were very polite young men and even gave me a $30 discount since I had been so patient. I would definitely use them again!

Two squirrels set up house keeping in my sewer pipes...clogging nearly everything. They entered my home via the vent on top of the house...I have since capped that vent with hardware cloth and a substantial hose clamp...as well as two smaller vents. Charter Plumbing did a great job...it was a first for them also.

Did a great job. Came on short notice and got the job done. In fact, they saved me a little over 200 dollars because they were able to repair the piece instead of replacing it. Definitely recommend and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

They did an outstanding job installing, framing and tiling our tub and other extra plumbing projects we needed done. They were timely, courteous and respectful of our home. They cleaned up any mess occurring from the job everyday. I would highly recommend this company.

They were able to solve a problem with the faucet I purchased. The granite was too thick so he was able to extend a threaded rod to make it work, with no additional charge.
