Life Changes Estate Sales & Consignments is a full service estate sale company. We provide for complete coordination of the sale by managing the pricing and sale of everything from general household furnishings and goods to fine art, antiques, collectibles, books, jewelry, tools, outdoor equipment, etc. to bring you the best possible return. Everything is pulled from drawers, cabinets, closets, sheds, etc., made “visible”, attractive, and easily navigated.
There are no up-front costs to you, the client. Our fee is based on a percentage of the amount realized. Staff and advertising costs are the responsibility of Life Changes Estate Sales & Consignments . Our sales are publicized through advertising, along with postal mailings and email to our extensive list of customers. We charge a percentage of your sale; dependent on the quality, quantity, value, and condition of the contents and premise. Our commission covers the advertising, signs, tables, locking cases, displays, supplies, and labor.Life Changes Estate Sales & Consignments is generally comprised of a 3 day sale. There are situations when a 2 day sale is warranted. Thursday and Friday at full price with (1) 25% coupon applicable if you are on our email list or postcard list; Saturday at a 50% discount, half day sale.
Life Changes Estate Sales & Consignments will take unsold clothing, shoes, handbags, luggage, and general household goods to the Wimberley Community Thrift Shop. Worn towels and blankets go to an animal shelter in our area. Receipts for tax purposes are given to the family.
No need to have a garage sale prior to your estate sale! Please keep everything – don’t throw anything away until we have a walk through with you. At times additional charges and reimbursements will apply.
