Description of Work: Problems here, are partly my fault. First, I purchased a sprinkler CHECK-UP, not a TUNE-UP. With a check-up, they just check and let you know what problems you have. You then have to pay by the hour and sprinkler head, for the tune-up. In the past, I've purchased tune-ups that cost less than what I ended up spending because they included a certain number of sprinkler heads in the tune-up price. As a result, I spent more than I should have, but I wasn't thinking when I purchased this deal. IT IS NOT A GOOD DEAL, though. Low marks on responsiveness because I provided a cell number as requested, but never heard from them, so I had to follow-up with them to set-up service. They could not give me more than a date and say it would be in the afternoon when I called. I work, so I always need a more accurate window. I decided the afternoon began at 1, so planned to be home at 1. Shortly after 1, I was contacted and told they would be there at 2:30, and they showed up at 2:50. Not a problem, but providing a more accurate arrival window is always appreciated. I cannot entirely rate quality. I've not used the sprinkler system since repair, but know that it works. So, I have to trust that what they said needed replacing was suitably replaced. I'm assume, based on past review, that they are honest and above board, so I assume the quality is just fine. Unfortunately, the gentleman assisting me had breath so bad that it literally made me nauseous. I dry heaved after both times speaking with him. As a result, I could not assess both what replacement recommendations they made, nor could I stand to assess the quality of their work while they were there. Like I said, a lot of this is on me, but I'm being honest with you here. In short, I don't yet know if I'd use them again in the future, thus, the "no," but I'm can't help but feel they are just fine, regardless. Sorry, I'm so conflicted. But it was an odd experience.
